This is a hibachi fast casual restaurant. Typically, places like this only offer three protein options : chicken, beef, and shrimp , but this one has a wider selection, including scallops and jumbo shrimp. You can also choose between teriyaki and hibachi flavors. The side dishes and portions are generous as well, making it possible to get a fairly well-balanced meal at fast food prices.

Been coming here for years and always recommend this place to others. However today, after spending $79 (which included tip), our order was wrong. We were suppose to get a hibachi chicken and shrimp meal in our order that was $17. Drove 20 minutes home to find out the shrimp was not in any of the chicken boxes. Called and politely let them know the order was wrong, let them know I took a video and picture of the order for proof, and that there was no shrimp in the box. They stated I needed to drive 20 minutes back and bring the order back in order to get the correct box with shrimp. I told them I’d pick it up another day to just make sure I could come back and get it remade correctly. I told the owner I was starving and wanted to eat and owner was unbelievably rude her NEVER apologized it was like he blamed ME for even calling and bringing attention to the mistake he refused to remake the correct order and offered to only refund me $3 even though the price difference of an order of hibachi chicken is about $6, $10.95 for chicken combo and chicken and shrimp is $16.95. Stated I’d like the $6 back at least (wasn’t going to have them take off the tip), and the owner said the most he’d do was $5. Terrible business ethics especially toward a recurring customer who always tips. So not only did they take $ from me, they also refused to correct it without bringing my order out of my way back, which I had no time to do before work. I have worked in the service industry a long time, I have never left a bad review, however, this entire interaction left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be back. I know mistakes happen, that’s fine, but they should be graciously corrected. The shrimp sauce was like water. The vegetables for all 4 togo plates we ordered were wrong as well but I wasn’t going to be trivial over that, though once talking to them about my protein order being wrong, and them refusing to refund me the correct amount, that just added more fuel to me leaving a review. Go to Monsoon across the street. Better quality and guest service.

Got food here, everything seemed good until I saw a roach on the table. I gave them the benefit of the doubt since it was one and its hot and humid out. Then I saw another roach INSIDE the glass parts of the table. I lost my appetite after that. I wanted to give this place a chance and was very excited but seeing roaches made me not want to go back 😅. Its just a shame because the food looked great.

last ate here a few years ago and it was very good, but not so much today. steak and chicken were dry like jerky, carrots were watery and zucchini and onions were 90% onions. Very disappointing $40 for 2 meals and a side 😖

I ordered my food through DoorDash. I gave instructions in the app. The staff followed my wishes. The food was hot and delicious. I had a nice size servings. I wish they had more menu choices. My niece loved their shrimp hibachi. We will be repeat customers.
