Got food here, everything seemed good until I saw a roach on the table. I gave them the benefit of the doubt since it was one and its hot and humid out. Then I saw another roach INSIDE the glass parts of the table. I lost my appetite after that. I wanted to give this place a chance and was very excited but seeing roaches made me not want to go back 😅. Its just a shame because the food looked great.

last ate here a few years ago and it was very good, but not so much today. steak and chicken were dry like jerky, carrots were watery and zucchini and onions were 90% onions. Very disappointing $40 for 2 meals and a side 😖

I ordered my food through DoorDash. I gave instructions in the app. The staff followed my wishes. The food was hot and delicious. I had a nice size servings. I wish they had more menu choices. My niece loved their shrimp hibachi. We will be repeat customers.

Woman at front counter flailed her hand at me when I was trying to talk to her and made me leave. I’ve had the food before and it’s good but the customer service it’s outrageously bad. I didn’t even get food because she wouldn’t talk to me!

For over 10 years, this has been the best Hibachi in Iredell County. If I want Hibachi, this is where we go. Steak and shrimp for me. I always pay a little extra for the zucchini and vegetables mix. Carrots are not too sweet, steak is pink, and they don't overcook the shrimp. Highly recommend this place. Good portions aren't too expensive.

Dietary restrictions: Simple ingredients are easy to tailor to what you need.

Parking: Never an issue, free.

Wheelchair accessibility: ADA is compliant, but the door is difficult to open in a wheelchair.

It's pretty plain inside, just standard tables and chairs. There wasn't a crowd but it was probably 2pm. It didn't take long to get our food. I got hibachi chicken with broccoli. When it came out I was surprised by the amount of food. It was larger than many Japanese places for a typical price. It was really good.

I ate here for lunch with a group of coworkers. I ordered hibachi extra rice no carrots, with chicken & shrimp. My shrimp was not added to my plate but that was okay, the chef made it and it was brought out separately. It was a lot of food and I requested a to-go container, this is where it went bad, there was a dead roach plastered on the container. I threw my food away. I couldn’t eat the food after that unfortunately. I guess these things are expected when you eat out that the kitchen may not be clean, but I decided I couldn’t stomach eating anymore. I hope they can clean up their place for others, but I won’t be back. I will sauté my own veggies, chicken & rice.

The Grout Professionals

I write this with consideration of the business. The service was absolutely terrible. I was spoken to like a was an inconvenience. I couldn’t be fast enough to order. The food was mediocre at best. I don’t ever write anyone a bad review but this needs the owners attention. The CHILD at the front desk taking orders and giving out change clearly does not want to be there. Please let him just be a child and enjoy his youth! Hire someone that actually wants to be there and see your ratings go up. I don’t like seeing business have bad reviews but my experience was so bad that I need your attention.

The carrots are really bad. The overall Hibachi dish would be OK if they would just fix the carrots. They tasted like they came out of a can. All of the vegetables are underseasoned.
