Food is typically under cooked or done incorrectly. Sodas are watered down to the max and fries are ok but sometimes aren’t seasoned at all

i’m not one for reviews but i had no idea what this place was and decided to give it a try, i start eating and ate 2 really dry wings… just thought it was those 2.. NOPE. every one of those were the DRYEST wings i’ve ever ate in my whole life… the meat was almost stiff and hard to chew. never eating this place again. i should’ve just went to wingstop 😐😐😐& the link that they keep responding to everyone’s review with is BS

I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

I placed an order through Uber eats. On my end it said that we were getting 16 Buffalo eight buffalo and eight barbecue. It got to my home and they sent all Buffalo. When I called to question it they said they're said all buffalo on that end it's not right. Didn't ask me if I could send my order from my end. She just said there's nothing they can do. Don't order from this place unless you can physically go there. Maybe maybe the customer service in person is a lot better

Raw chicken. Could not have been in the fryer more than 2 minutes. Wife’s boneless chicken was fine, but the bone-in meal was inedible. I ate the fries and threw out the undercooked meat.

Price is good wings are really big undercooked their sauces suck and don't stick to the wings whatsoever. I've tried them multiple times and it's always the same watery soggy chicken wings

Im a usual customer and I’ve been realizing the quality of the wings have been dropping over the past few months but never would I thought it would get this bad, the wings i just ordered were horribly made looks like dog food literally just from the sight of it i wont even eat that garbage …. You guys have lost a loyal customer

ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!

Ordered 32 Boneless Wing Platter on Door Dash last night. They were nasty and cold. It wasnt even boneless wings those were chicken nuggets. False advertising at its finest ? I have a video as well that shows these are actually chicken nuggets dont order from here.
