I want to share that I ordered through door dash got a wrong order and I was super mad! But the manager spoke with me and was very understanding and so nice and apologetic! He handle my attitude well!!! Sorry to them for my attitude but thank you for handling it with grace and compassion!

I had an issue with my sub not being made correctly at a different location. When I spoke with Chasity Lupton. Her customer service skills were great. We've always liked the subs. But I was frustrated about the issue. Because of her customer service. We intend to continue coming to Jersey Mike's.

What brand of watery lunch meat are you guys using? I specifically order my sandwiches dry so they are not soggy.I really used to like jersey mikes but I think getting a better high quality sub from Publix is superior and less expensive.Maybe I got someone on a bad day but I will not be returning.
