Hands down the best customer service and subs that I have had in along time. My wife was having an issue with Uber cancelling her order today and they made it right!! They honored the free sub by giving her a coupon and were very patient and understanding through the whole ordeal!! They give you a very generous portion of meat and everything tastes fresh. Thank you so much to the team here for providing excellent subs and customer service. We will be repeat customers for sure!!

Friendly staff, Quick service and food make thr way I wanted. I know many people say it's hard to mess up a sandwich and they they make the same stuff so it's not hard. I've been to multiple locations and this one actually listened to me which makes it better. When you get a hot grinder they usually are not cut in half like the cold. I always ask for it cut and most of the locations I have been to Don do it. This location did which tells me the employees their cared to listen which I appreciated.

I want to share that I ordered through door dash got a wrong order and I was super mad! But the manager spoke with me and was very understanding and so nice and apologetic! He handle my attitude well!!! Sorry to them for my attitude but thank you for handling it with grace and compassion!

Tried this relatively new location. Sloppiest sub ever. The girl started by slicing the bread so crooked there was nothing left at the end on one half. This is actually a problem at many locations. She tossed it and did better the second time. I placed my order and it’s a good thing I was paying attention since she was making me a 13 and I ordered a 5. After tossing the unnecessary meat, we’re ready to dress. (Wasted bread … wasted meat…). I said “Mike’s way, no salt, add pepper” I’ve done this enough to know the order of toppings … onions lettuce tomato and shakers on top. She starts with a pile of lettuce and can’t get the onion to stay on. I’m just watching the show at this point. After watching her liberally shake the salt, reminded her that I said “no salt add pepper”. Then she asked me if I wanted to … and she motions about raking off all of the toppings and I just looked at her as if well it’s currently incorrect. So she scrapes all the toppings off and starts over. Gets it right this time (while I coached continuously). Funny thing about the order of toppings … I have mentioned to numerous workers at various locations regarding how messy it is to put the oil and vinegar over the tomatoes, where it runs off and soaks the bread vs. over the lettuce where most of it will stay. They ALL agree but have to do it the JM way unless you catch them in time to add to the lettuce.
