Never had a DoorDash order make me want to leave a google review before but this did me in. This was my first time ordering from here. I’ve had pizza all over the country and even Europe. This was better, it was nostalgic, taking me back to PH as a kid when we’d order deep dish except this was 1000x better. Whoever made this pizza at 10pm on a Friday night really made this order with love. Incredible. Each pepperoni was perfectly placed and the pizza was perfectly cooked.

Placed an order for delivery at 5:30p on a Friday. 1.5 hrs later called and was told it was on the way. 2 hrs after ordering I called and was told it was never picked up. Told me they could re-make and send out in another hour. No thanks. Customer service 👎🏻

Online order portal is a mess and needs some real attention by the digital part of the business. Resets multiple times during an order then changes what you put in between the confirmation and purchase. And then you get zero receipt via email to confirm what you ordered after you discover the messed up pizza. In this case, no sauce was put on the pizza and that’s just unacceptable. We used to order regularly from this destination but I’m calling it quits with this place. And you should as well.

I visited jets for the first time and it did not disappoint. The Pizza was amazing. And I will definitely go back in the near future. The downside is it's very small and therefore not good for dining in. Also, even though there were only two folks sitting waiting for their orders and mo one in line, it told more than 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge my presence.

Now I am usually a New York style pizza fan being from NY. With that said this Detroit style is absolutely amazing. The crispy underneath and the crispy crust with the cheese all melted and crisped up into the very edge of the crust. The toppings are phenomenal and overall this pie is hard to beat. Give it a try I promise you won't regret it.

After a bad experience at another location, I decided to give Mooresville a try — and what a difference. Kemara and Tabitha were fantastic. They immediately honored my Clipp deal without hesitation, explained everything clearly, and made me feel like a valued customer from the moment I walked in.
Not only was the service outstanding, but the order was perfect, quick, and fresh. This location understands the importance of treating people well and making things easy. I’ll gladly go out of my way to come back here, even though it’s further from home, because the experience is worth it.
I ordered after 30 minutes I picked up my order and the pizza was cold idont know why I always order and come this late and the pizza is fine wasn't even in the heater when I received it felt like im eating a rock the funny part is there was no customers that day in the restaurant and they dont seem busy the bread was hard to eat rather buy frozen pizza than this
