I was visiting family and had to drive to Mooresville just to get Jet's because they don't have them where I live. It never disappoints. It was delicious and the customer service was great.

The flavor is great. We were disappointed by the delivery timing and the sizes of the pizza. The "large" was exactly 8 pieces of smallish slices. When we ordered over the phone, we were told 45 to 55 minutes. At the 1 hour mark we got a call saying they were leaving the store now, and when we questioned them, they corrected and said deliveries were normally between an hour and an hour and a half. The flavor is good for gluten-free though, but it was still cold-ish by the time we got it. Overall not sure if we will order again
Listen few things are true that I know jets is the best pizza in town, pizza is also my favorite food. Nothing can change your day like a good meal after a long day. Today I had one of those long days. my family decided for Veterans Day to order JETs. was pretty upset when our order did not meet expectations, I promptly went back to let them know what I thought. when I arrived at the store I was already to take my day out on these people let them know how they had ruined my night......I was greeted by a super disarming smiling face who asked what the problem was, I couldn't even be mad I explained in a semi frustrated manner my issue. She looked at the pizza I brought back then just told me to hold tight and shed make whatever I wanted. she made me feel like I was heard and understood and she was super empathetic. When I say I went in there with the intention to never return I left with a hot pizza and the realization that I would never be going anywhere else for a pizza and changed the trajectory of my actual evening. This Employees name was Cheyenne (I hope im spelling that right). if It had not been for this absolute rockstar id never be coming back. You have no idea how that simple interaction changed my mood. and the pizza you made....I mean come on THANKS JETS!

I really like this deep dish buffalo chicken pizza. Great quality. I love it. The pizza desserts are good too.

My new favorite pizza place! I’ve been to almost all the ones in Mooresville. The pan pizza is so dang good. Square Detroit style is what they call it. Always get the Hawaiian but without bacon. I’ve also had the regular style butter crust. They have their own delivery too which is really convenient. Oh and eating leftovers are just as good as fresh when you reheat in the oven. Definitely recommend checking them out! 10/10.
