Came in to grab lunch, lady that greeted and took our order was friendly. Food was good, wasn’t given any napkins and went to ask and a guy just stood there looking at me so I just reached over to grab them myself.

I came in at 901 on the 18th of Oct. I didn't realize they close at 9. I ordered 2 sandwiches and they whipped them out fast+! The two guys were kind and polite, not normally the service you recieve at closing time. Well done!!!!

I ordered the 3 8 inch sandwiches. My sandwich came literally with 1 piece of meat on each side of the hero bread. They said it goes according to the weight. Never again! I will go to Catawba they make the best sandwiches ever. Best everything was fresh. And customer service was great!
Had issues here a couple times. The poor guy had to walk to the menu and back just to see what goes on my sandwich. I asked the manager(Mason) if he was just gonna leave his new hire hanging like that? He said ya, with an arrogant tone and walked away. I proceeded to help the worker make the sandwiches I ordered since he had no idea what he was doing. It was not his fault. He told me he was new and didn't know anything yet. Not sure why the manager was acting like that tbh

We got the #5, Vito sandwich. Was perfect except it had tomato on it and it doesn't list tomato being on this sandwich. I can't have tomato.
