Good and fast service. Stopped in for a sandwich to take on the go, was in and out with food in hand in less than 5 minutes. It was a nice change to the typical fast food we get stuck with doing travel ball practice.

Placed an order online, I am less than 2 miles down the road and it has been over an hour with no delivery... Freaky Fast? More like Freaky Slow. I called the store and they said your order came in as a third party delivery... I said I ordered from your website and not a third party. According to them when they don't have enough workers THEY use a third party. Terrible service. I WOULD NOT order from this store or location if you are hungry, getting ready to take a lunch break. They don't care evidence from the slow service, and lack of care when you care.

So I stopped in on Sunday afternoon. The man cleaning the oven was too busy listening to his Apple iPods. Somebody else came from the back. Didn't even understand the menu. I was served a tuna sub. The tuna was disgusting. Rotten cucumbers. I mentioned it to the person behind the counter. They apologized but there was no solution provided. Would recommend the owner is in to see what type of people are running his establishment when there's no management in play on the weekends. I would avoid this chain entirely and I will not even attempt to visit another location

Came in to grab lunch, lady that greeted and took our order was friendly. Food was good, wasn’t given any napkins and went to ask and a guy just stood there looking at me so I just reached over to grab them myself.

I came in at 901 on the 18th of Oct. I didn't realize they close at 9. I ordered 2 sandwiches and they whipped them out fast+! The two guys were kind and polite, not normally the service you recieve at closing time. Well done!!!!
I ordered the 3 8 inch sandwiches. My sandwich came literally with 1 piece of meat on each side of the hero bread. They said it goes according to the weight. Never again! I will go to Catawba they make the best sandwiches ever. Best everything was fresh. And customer service was great!

We got the #5, Vito sandwich. Was perfect except it had tomato on it and it doesn't list tomato being on this sandwich. I can't have tomato.
