I want a full refund no one could eat the chicken or biscuit
S were so tough and chewy dried up hard I would be ashamed selling chicken like that
Literally the worst drive-thru experience ever. First they are slower than molasses. The lady at the window was very nice, but did not tell me that they were out of biscuits until she had already swiped my card. Then when I asked what was available/next best substitute, she said mac-n-cheese. I agreed, then she turned to tell the person behind her and then found out that they were out of mac-n-cheese as well. Next best thing was mashed potatoes, which was available.
