I placed an order online went to pick it up. I was asked to wait for at least 30min. Told them I'll go home and come back. I spoke with a manager for some kind of compensation, she said no. Picked up my order that was supposed to be ready by 8:35 ,it's now 9:40. The chicken was completely bland. Like it was just put in the fryer with no seasoning. Horrible. This was a 2 person meal and the sides were the size as a single meal order.

I ordered original recipe and when I got home it was extra crispy chicken I was very disappointed I'll find a different KFC to go to

This has nothing to do with the tall slender male who sometime manages this place.
The lame excuse of a human being that was managing thais location on this particular day is a joke. Short female with dreads blonde tips. I was the only one in the dinning room and when I came in there was one car in the drive thru. I stood there for almost 10 minutes watching her complain about her job and how someone wasn’t coming in on time. I do get that being short handed can be hard but they had me and acouple cars in the drive thru. Far from a situation warranting her attitude and crappy service. She needs to find another job. Being of service to other people definitely is not her calling. She took 4 total drive thru orders while looking over at me from time to time. After the 4th order I left.

The service was horrible we where inside for 25 minutes no one came to say give us a moment nothing let us just stand there waiting for service they were taking care of the drive thru rather than someone assisting the front one man was waiting for 40 minutes what is going on and the crew where being loud and inconsiderate didn’t acknowledge that they had customers in the front. This is poor customer service KFC you need to do better or higher new crew. Just got off work no one cane to get our order they seen us in there and nothing smh.

Absolutely awful experience at KFC. Ordered takeout, and when I got home, I was beyond disappointed. The chicken was burnt, the biscuits were rock hard, and the mac and cheese looked like it had been sitting for hours. To make things worse, they didn’t include any napkins or utensils, which is basic for a takeout order.
Tried calling the restaurant to address the issue, but no one answered. It’s frustrating to pay for a meal and get food that’s barely edible, with no way to get in touch with them. Definitely won’t be coming back. Terrible service and even worse food.

I used drive through ordered 2 two piece dinners.The chicken was very dark, looked almost burnt.The oil needs to be changed.The sides were not fresh Will not be going back

People need to do their job instead of leaving customers standing in line for 5 to 10 minutes with no one helping them just cause people wanna argue and cuss at each other in the back. Very sorry service and attitude on the employees. Have had this happen 4 different times from this same place. Someone needs to b in charge that's gonna run this place right.
Absolutely horrible! No help, bad food, very poor service. Use to like this place but never the same after covid...they should close. So sad

I went through the drive-through and sat there a while. She told me she couldn't take my order until she clocked in, so I asked her if I needed to come inside she said yes. I went inside, and then I waited in there 5 + minutes before my order was taken. When I ordered, they were out of original unless I wanted to wait. Mind you, I had already waited about 15 minutes to get my order taken. When I received what I ordered, the fries looked horrible and did not taste good to me, and several of my chicken nuggets were beyond edible. They were just hard pieces of what looked like skin. They actually looked like they had been laying there for hours.

This KFC needs to be shut down, but not before firing every manager, supervisor, & employee! They're making people sick by serving spoiled, rotten chicken. They routinely give you what they want, not what you ordered & paid for, & by the poorest of poor quality of food, the staff not only takes no pride in what they do, but I'm convinced they don't care about the health & well being of their community.

Place literally is never open only drive thru and seems like there’s only ever one person working here.. they just need to shut the place down bojangles is better anyways
