I placed a mobile order for pickup. Dining room was closed. Drive thru line was slow. Food was cold and had been sitting for a while. Had to ask for several items that were left out of my order. Not a good experience. Would not recommend.

We went into this KFC this evening my family there was 9 of us total.well first off only part of us got to order after they took mine n my husband n grandson order the manger yelled n told girls not to take no more orders work on drive thru orders.well theanger on duty was just plain rude n hateful to the employers that was there working yelling n screaming at them constantly.she had the poor girl running drive thru crying n shaking really bad that girl was trying to look up a customer receipt who wanted see her receipt so the girl was just trying to find it to print it off for her the manger kept on yelling at her over n over.tgen manger told other girl stop standing around to work n that girl was doing her job packing orders it was very uncalled for at the way she was yelling constantly at her employees with customers in store.we also seen people come in and never get adknoledge so they walked out.my oldest call corporate n filed a report on her and my other family member did a Google review also.so our family want be going back into this KFC until u can get a decent manger.plus our food was cold and nonthing was fresh.the workers was doing the best job they could and there was no excuse for the manger to be yelling n screaming at them like she was.one of my daughters didn't even get to order her food cause they stopped taking orders after mine.
If I could I would give them zero stars! Came in and had to wait 30 minutes up front cause the manager told the employees not to take anymore orders because drive thru was “swamped” with only 3 cars. The rest of my party got to order and I never got to get my order taken at all the entire time I was there. The manager was also in the kitchen screaming and yelling at her employees and treating them like dogs and had them in tears she even sent one home for no reason at all. This manager was highly rude to us as well and when we said we was gonna call corporate to complain she got on the phone with her boss or corporate one to try to suck up to them. I have video of how she was to the employees. NO EMPLOYEES DESERVE TO BE TREATED THAT WAY BY ANY MANAGER! The employees was doing best they can. This visit was just all around horrible because of the manager.

Visited on Tuesday. Was not advised of the Tueday $10 special. Ordered 8 PC bucket..all white. When we open the chicken it was extremely dark and overcooked. This is the second time in a couple of months this has happened. The first time, it was apparent that the chicken was warmed over from the previous. I love KFC but unfortunately this is my last visit.

Come on Kfc. You can do better. $3.39 for these tiny individual mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw. I wanted to check out their free bucket deal. And it made me order $15 worth of items to get it.
It did not give me the option to get the bigger size
I truly feel ripped off
This is not the way to make a comeback
I stopped eating here because the food was nasty, overcooked and made me sick years ago
But when I heard about the Free bucket deal and how KFC was trying to make a comeback, I decided to give them another chance
Very disappointed!
Even the bucket with the chicken in it looks like it got smaller and that little nugget waffle was $1.99.
I’m not coming back until the portion size is a decent size for my money
I will add you could retrain your drive thru employee to smile and make a customer feel welcome when they walk in
Instead of giving a blank stare and making me feel like why did I just walk in there? No wonder that place was empty.
The other employee with the child was very nice on the phone and smiled at me while I was there.

I got my order and due to not being from the area, I had to punch into maps which way to go put of the drive. Nobody was behind me, I was the only vehicle in the Drive Thru. This rude young woman opened the window and said you have to move. I was almost done and looked in my mirror. Nobody is behind me I said. She said You have to move we have a timer! We'll excuse me if I'm taking a couple of seconds more to I know which way to turn on to the highway!!

Haven't been here in years and will never go again the food was horrible. I used to love KFC doesn't taste anything like it used to ! What happened is it a different recipe??? Not at all what I use to love.

Every time I come here there are problems. Service is always poor and slow. Today they simply just didn't have any chicken breasts ready to sell. 10min wait for original 20min wait for extra crispy. I don't know how management allows the store to be out of the main thing they sell. They would not even make accommodations to give me 3 drum sticks instead since I don't like wings or thighs and a drum stick is way less chicken than a breast. Very poor customer service and if you are in a hurry do not choose this store.

Lady in drive thru was rude, and they took away the waffles I don't/won't be back until they get them back because I can get chicken and bad service from anywhere. And they window looked like it never been cleaned D-
