We tried getting take-out from this KFC and every time, there was a ridiculously long wait for the food. When I ordered online, it said my food would be ready in 15 minutes, so I got there 15 minutes later and still had to wait an additional 35 minutes for my food. The food is standard for KFC but it’s certainly not fast at this location. This happened on every one of our 3 visits there. The staff was working feverishly to complete orders - maybe they just don’t have enough...

Food is a hit-or-miss at times but the biscuits are ALWAYS good. Staff is friendly for the most part besides apprehending and yelling at each other while you wait for 5 minutes to order. Overall, great place. Could be cleaned more in the dining area as ta les are always dirty and unkept. Besides those little gripes, good place to eat most of the time. Staff fighting other staff is never a good look, though. Although, it CAN be entertaining if you're into that kinda thing.

The first thing I noticed was that the manager's name was proudly written on the door Howard Handy(my memory is terrible but I hope that the name is correct). I was greeted by a cheerful lady who was immediately ready to serve me. The store was immaculate, the food ready quickly and tasty. District manager: this manager is a keeper, you need to keep him happy or he'll be poached.
