The server was outstanding! Now about the food...I ordered the two proteins, Baby Back Ribs and Eastern NC style Pork BBQ with two sides, BBQ Beans and Mac & Cheese. The server brought my tea and basket of hushpuppies....the hushpuppies so good and hot. I was excited about the BBQ and then I was let down. Everything was lukewarm. I like to have hot food...first I tried the beans(good flavor just cold), then the mac & cheese (Not my favorite). The Ribs were outstanding (still lukewarm) and the Eastern NC style Pork BBQ ( that is a big no! not sure what the seasoning was....but it was overkill. That went home for my dogs
Our takeout buffalo wings were just as delicious after toting them home! Great sauce & the blue cheese dressing is so yummy!

Went for the first time recently after living here since 1999 (I know, I'm an idiot for not going here). Food was hot, loaded and filling. The ribs are EPIC. The sauce is finger-licking good. The servers are AWESOME, attentive and sweet. The owner himself even introduced himself and chatted for a bit and gave me a rib sample because I just wanted to try a bite (which I was told they don't traditionally offer). Insanely happy. Returning with friends soon.
Wait staff is always friendly. Of course the prices have gone up, but that’s the account of me that we’re living in. But the food is still outstanding.
Not impressed with the brisket, sent it back. Chicken wings and bbq were alright though!

Finally went to Lancaster’s to eat. I was really impressed with the decor and atmosphere. We were greeted by a very friendly hostess. Despite a sign about being short staffed, our service was fast and excellent. The hush puppies were hot and very tasty. My wife had the Cobb Salad. There was enough salad packed in the bowl, we could have shared it and both been full. I had the half rack ribs with Brunswick stew and the homemade curly chips. There were 8 bones in my half rack. Most places only serve 4 or 5 bones with the half rack. The ribs were very flavorful and delicious. The meat fell off the bone. The Brunswick stew was good, I am used to it being a little thicker. The homemade curly chips were some of the best I have ever had! The restrooms and entire restaurant were very clean. We will definitely be going back and recommend you give Lancaster’s BBQ a try, especially if you like seeing a lot of NASCAR memorabilia.

I’ll start off by saying, I don’t know why I went to an establishment already knowing that it’s been profiled as being prejudice and racist. I went into this establishment on March 22 around 8pm. Was greeted by hostess I told her I would sit at the bar. Sat at the bar nearly 10 mins bartender finally asked me what I wanted to drink. How could u not recognize me I’m the only black guy at the bar yet alone the whole establishment. Manager is standing right beside me noticing the treatment that I’m receiving and has a whole conversation about her and the rest of the staff about how poor there Service is with another employee. My drink taste like it was made with hate. I finally receive my food from the manager my food is COLD. I sat and waited 30 mins for some cold brisket that’s was cooked yesterday!!! Ask the bartender for to go box that I never received. The manager brings me a Togo box and says sir I will have a talk with her. No tip!!!! The other 6 white ppl. At the bar was offered water refills..napkins…she even watch the duke game after I asked her for a to go box. The manager says is she watching tv and not getting your box.$42 for syrup alcoholic drink and cold food!!!!!Do not go to this place if your black.

One bite, everyone knows the rules.-Hush puppies - Soggy and cold (3/10)-Garlic bread w/ cheese - not bad, average (7/10)-Mac and cheese - solid (8/10)-Mayo slaw - slightly below average (6/10)-“Barbalo” wings - good sauce, not great meat quality (7/10)-Brisket - extremely disappointing for “market price”. Looks like store bought, pre-sliced roast beef. Dry and overcooked. (1.5/10)-Fries - soggy, cold and unsalted (1.5/10)Wings were served on the same side of the plate as the brisket, so the brisket was soaked in buffalo sauce, which was weird.Good staff and amazing atmosphere, disappointing food. However, not worth over $100 for 4 people.Overall 4.8/10.
