I got the 4.99 large pizza deals online but I called to make sure they had it first. A lady picks up the phone and proceeds to say no and hang up in my face. I see they have it online so I place my order. When I got there, the service from her was extremely awful. She told me my pizza was not ready yet and made me wait at least 10 minutes then proceeds tell me it’s in the box but I did not see her walk to the box the whole time so I’m assuming it’s ready when I got there.

After I got my pizza, I got home and decided I was going to call and ask for a manager. You won’t believe who picked up, the same women, Jakaya. She said she was the manager. I told her what happened and she was extremely rude. She said she has no clue what’s online and that the 4.99 large pizza deal isn’t in store, but if she was a manager you think she would have a clue what’s going on online. Absolutely stunned me with her attitude as a “manager”. She said it wasn’t disrespectful to say no and hang up in a customer face. Then proceeded to hang up in my face cause she wasn’t going to “go back and forth with me.”. What manager would not want there customers to be satisfied and want to come back? Apparently Jakaya.

Very bad customer service very rude over the phone definitely needs to work on that will not ever go here again girl named Jakaya says she’s the manager at this location and she was very very disrespectful and was yelling over the phone she had a very nasty attitude and was very very unprofessional about her job I don’t know how she got this job as a manager but they should have rethought their decisions

After preordering over a 100 dollar worth of food for our annual Christmas party for 10 teenage employees our order was cancelled without any notification. So we were left without food for the kids. Never again.

Date 11-30-25 time 5:30pm. Walked in and person never smiled or said any type of greeting, just, what do you want? I wanted hot n ready. Nothing available so I asked how long he huffed and said 25-30 minutes. I asked are you having a bad day? He repeated what do you want? I initial ordered 2 pizzas then asked for the manager. Lol it was him and he wouldn’t give me his name said he didn’t have to tell me, heavy set shoulder length hair and bad teeth. I got my refund and left.

This little cesars has a guy working the evenings and he basically closes up shop early. Mind you they close at 11 and people get turned away at 9:45 which is the time im writing this post. This location needs to adjust their hours or hire more staff or people. They cant seem to be open and able to handle the orders when they actually are busy. Just saw a doordash arrive and got turned away too, guess nobody can get food from here. Apparently they are out of pizza boxes so somebody also needs to do their job and order some supplies and somebody else needs to do their job of shipping that if that's the problem. This location loses customers fast. Unfortunate

Very bad experience while I was waiting to order a man was thanking the man who served him but he was ignored when my turn came he treated us very badly I don't understand why they hire bitter people who don't know how to serve customers

Disgusting! After waiting 30 minutes…Cheese was missing from half of the pizza… Crazy bread dry with no Parmesan cheese on it. Threw half of it in the trash.🗑️ 🤮

This is the worst location please SHUT IT DOWN! Especially the night crew they do not care about their jobs or customers!
