Home of the hot-n-ready and no hot and ready pizzas at 6 pm. And no one waiting in the lobby. What am I missing.
Very bad experience while I was waiting to order a man was thanking the man who served him but he was ignored when my turn came he treated us very badly I don't understand why they hire bitter people who don't know how to serve customers

Ordered a pretzel crust with pepperoni and pizza sauce, got pepperoni and cheese sauce. Not super difficult to read the order, quality over speed should be what you strive for.
Unprofessional Staff, witnessed two times staff ignoring or being rude with customers.

Disgusting! After waiting 30 minutes…Cheese was missing from half of the pizza… Crazy bread dry with no Parmesan cheese on it. Threw half of it in the trash.🗑️ 🤮
This is the worst location please SHUT IT DOWN! Especially the night crew they do not care about their jobs or customers!

Food and timing was good but the girl working at the front was very rude. This was on Sunday February 23 at around 3:45 . I told her I wanted to ad a drink to my order and you would have thought it was the end of the world. She started slamming things around and huffing and puffing. And when I was leaving I told her she needed to work on her rudeness and she replied what did you just say ? And I told her she was very rude and unprofessional and didn’t deserve to work around customers. I will never return to this location again
It was a very bad experience that the cashier took me very angry, throwing everything and hitting the table with his hands for only ordering 2 pizzas and at the scheduled time. What a bad experience with the staff. I could not eat comfortably because the pizzas were in very bad condition.
The wings were smaller than my boyfriends thumb... the pizza bites had no sauce on them and the cheese sticks tasted metallic and didn't even have cheese completely on them..

8:00pm and there are closed. 10pm they are open till. Well that sucks.
When I walked in I saw two employees and they both looked at me and continued to ignore me. Finally a guy came to take my order with an annoyed look on his face and didn’t speak just stood at the register. I literally felt as if I had offended him by coming in. He told me how much and it would be 15 minutes then walked to the back. Rude and unprofessional

Ordered through the app and got my order wrong on all the items. Went in and they refused to remake or refund. Not my first issue with this location but surely my last. Was also on hold for 30 minutes and when I went in they told me it didn’t matter. What a sad excuse for a business. Shameful.

Went in to get a pizza for me and my son to take home. Was told that they did not have enough dough left to make pizzas. The young man behind the counter mumbled so much I could not understand what he was saying so he had the young lady working in there Tell me that if they use the dough for tomorrow, they wouldn’t have enough pizzas for tomorrow. So we were turned away and the store was still open. According to the hours displayed they were still going to be open for a couple more hours.

Online order canceled 5 minutes from pickup time at 6:00 pm, due to store not having ingredients to make food. Supposed manager got mad when I showed my displeasure about the situation. He would then not honor the rest of order with out me reordering on line while still in store and then waiting extra 30 min. At this point a female came out and took up the argument. And stated that's just the way fast food establishments work.
If these two are truly management at this store then it's in just plain sad. The franchise owner needs to take a good look at their management personal.

First of all Marshall definitely does not need to be working in customer service he was super rude on the phone and then rude again when my nanny came in to get the pizza that I ordered. He hung up on me over the phone before I could even explain why I called bc they were out of dough on a Friday night at 7 pm. And yes I would love for a manager to reach out to be to further address this.

As soon as I walked in there were lots of people waiting an no one even at the front in or welcoming people at all. The guy making pizza was trash talking little Caesars the whole time an loud enough for waiting customers to hear. Finally when he came to the register he rolled his eyes an was rude period. I asked him for a pepperoni hot an ready..I understand people have bad days but don't take it out on the customers. Next time I'll just order online an by pass the interaction
