Husband walked in ready to pick up a some pizzas ect.. 5:30 pm on a Sunday.... They claim "Hot and ready" Not this store. Man behind the counter said, 35 minutes as they had nothing ready. Husband looked at the menu and the man walked away.. Husband waited for the Man to return.. nothing. Husband left the store.. apparently he didn't want the business. Ordered from Turn 4 pizza.. By far better pizza and ready in 15 minutes..

This little ceasars is a gamble it will either be great or terrible!!!! Usually if there’s something wrong with the quality the sweet associates make up for it. However, there is a gentleman at this location with terrible temper, and no customer service skills. Multiple times I have come here and he is so rude. He ignored me saying excuse me to continue boxing pizzas. If it is a staffing issue, please resolve it, there is no shortage of orders. Don’t place the service of online orders of in-person customer service. I am so disappointed in little Caesar’s, I rated 3 stars because it’s fair and some of the associates are the sweetest. There’s a dark haired kid who works at night, very nice and funny. Great service skills, and an older lady with a blonde pony tail also sweet. There’s also a kid who is generous with napkins and doesn’t give attitude lol. This is a small town and our only little ceasars, please gather that man!!!Vegetarian options: They usually don’t crops contaminate my food

I was really excited to try the new pizza puffs! The first time I went, I was told they didn't have any ready. I asked if they could make some and was told they already had - they were in the oven. I said great, I'll wait. But then she said that they'd already been sold to others who were already waiting. I didn't want to push the issue any further with someone who clearly didn't want to put forth the effort to sell me pizza puffs so I left saying Ok, maybe another time and instead I went to Pizza Hut.A week later I tried again. When I ordered the pizza puffs the gentleman rolled his eyes at me. When I asked him if it was ok, he told me they're a HUGE pain to make. I offered him a tip to which he responded These are the worst thing to make and every single Little Caesar's employee wishes they'd take them off the menu. I was the only customer so I apologized for the extra effort, gave him a tip and said I'd just like to try them once. He blew in exasperation, rolled his eyes and walked away. Later, he returned to the counter, tossed my food on it and said You're welcome as he turned on his heel and stomped away. The puffs were fantastic, and a value. I could have done without the attitude.

Absolutely the worst food service in Mooresville and likely the worst franchise I have ever seen. I can’t say one positive thing about all 3 times I’ve tried eating here in the last 3 months. They advertise “hot and ready” pizzas between 4-8 pm. They haven’t ever had any ready and this last trip was the fastest single pepperoni pizza order I have received! Only 40 minutes this time!!! The restaurant is visibly dirty (91 sanitation score). The employees don’t care, management doesn’t care, and clearly the owner doesn’t care judging by the countless 1 star reviews without response’s. I feel embarrassed for the owner. I’m sure they will be closed soon though and finally put the employees out of their misery.

I always enjoy going to this particular little Caesars joint. The foods always hot and fresh and made correctly. Its staff is always courteous and friendly and it smells wonderful in the lobby.

It's a little Caesars. If you like their pizza you'll like this place. Personally recommend just ordering online but order your pizza how you order your pizza. 5 stars for not messing up chain

I have been to this location twice now and let me start by saying that the food was really good but that was the only positive part of my experience.I have come in twice now at 9pm (a full hour before closing) and the guy running the counter did nothing but violently glare at me and give me the worst attitude I have EVER encountered at a restaurant. He was acting like he was doing me a HUGE favor and didn’t once say thank you or even be pleasant at all. He was incredibly rude both times (I gave him the benefit of the doubt the first time: I mean everybody can have a bad day, but after experiencing such abject rudeness and disrespect twice he just has ZERO business working in customer service) Again I came an hour before closing (it’s not like I came in two minutes before closing time) so I should’t be made to feel like I was making the staff stay late as your business is open ANOTHER HOUR.He also took all the chairs out of the waiting room WHILE I was waiting for my food and stacked them up in the corner (a full hour before closing: i could understand him doing that like 5-10 minutes before closing but an hour before is just ridiculous and gave me nowhere to comfortably wait for my food)Frankly it’s just plain embarrassing that this Little Caesar’s location employs such an unprofessional, unpleasant and downright angry employee and puts him in front of customers. This guy needs anger management training or even better yet fired. If I could give zero stars I would because of that psychopath you have working up front..

Cheap pizza and it ain't bad, but every time I come here, there's a really long wait list for what's advertised as a hot and ready pizza, anywhere from 15 minutes to almost an hour. I frequently see some staff just standing around or goofing off in the back when they're struggling to keep pizzas coming. The cashier, who I'm pretty sure is marshall, according to my receipt, is pretty honest about how long it's gonna take and does seem to be working hard to keep stuff going, but I can't say the same about too many others.UpdateGot my "hot and ready" pizza 30 minutes after I ordered it with a chunk of the pizza not even having toppings on it. If you're gonna take that long to make it, at least get the toppings on the whole thing. It also wasn't cut well enough to pull a slice out without ripping it in half. I also got cheesy breadsticks instead of the breadsticks I asked for, and they're a little burnt. The service is ridiculously bad here, only little chasers I've been to that's this bad.

Pizza was WAY overcooked! Got an ExtraCheese and a peperoni pizza and both were completly over cooked, so much the cheese was more like a crust. Tough to eat! The place looked empty and staff seemed like they were not wanting to be there.
