I ordered a bagel sandwich with Swiss cheese, they put american, and won't refund me without driving 30 minutes back to them to "return" the sandwich. I find that pretty ridiculous seeing as one person made my sandwich and I'm sure they remember putting American instead of the Swiss. I've been here probably 10 times and its usually fine, but after being a return customer, this is a poor business practice. Won't be returning after that.

My brother and I are from Long Island. We've tried bagels from Manhattan to up state. We live in Salisbury. We were missing really great bagels! I found Long Island Bagels in Mooresville on line on our way to Costco. My brother bought 3 of this favorite bagels, he ate them in 2 days! I was hesitant but happily surprised to see a SPINACH BAGEL!!!!! I got a spinach and everything. Next morning, I halved the spinach bagel put some butter on it, put it in the skillet on low heat, (that is the secret- only toast when adding cream cheese) let it get butter toasty, then added already warmed thin sliced ham and a egg and chez swirl. OMG.! THE BEST HOME MADE BAGEL BREAKFAST!!! I then had the 2nd half of the Spinach bagel, 2 days later at work. I just warmed it, not toasted! with home made chicken salad. Again, OMG, so, so good!!!! Spinach bagels are delicious and hard to find. I will be visiting Long Island bagel from now on. I can't wait to try some sandwiches and salads!! 5 stars!!!! So,so nice change from Panera!!

Parking: Plenty of spaces. Located in a strip mall.
This is the worst place to eat. I've had it 3 different times and every time something was wrong. They can't even make a cream cheese bagel correctly. It's sad.

As someone from long island, ny this place is a piece of home. Great bacon egg and cheeses on a poppy seed roll that you can't usually find in the south! But all the food is great, fast and the employees/owners are so nice!!!
