Marco's Pizza

I used DoorDash for my delivery tonight. They delivered it to the wrong building at my apartment complex. DoorDash driver wouldn’t answer my calls for me to tell them that I was still waiting outside to get my order. So, I called Marco to tell them what happened and they sent out my pizza and was delivered on time and was a pleasure to deal with. The lady I talk to on the phone did an outstanding job and the pizza was delicious! Thanks for the great service tonight!!

Just want to thank Marcos for a good experience. We ordered pizza and our 2 liter soda was forgotten by door dash. They personally came and brought our Soda to us. The pizza toppings were well proportioned on the pizza the presentation was great. They did a great job! They also were quick to remedy our issue credit our account for the inconvenience. Thats why we continue to come back. Thanks Marco's staff for being amazing! Thanks Guys!

Marcos is the only pizza I have eaten in over 10 years that brought back memories to my family favorite pizza place in Ohio where we was born and raised named Sam's pizza Newton Falls Ohio. I loved it! We ordered fast online and picked it up within 12 minutes or so. One thing is it's a little pricey but I still would order again just because it tastes like my home town pizza, I had No issue at all with my order

We’ve ordered out from here several times and every time the pizza is so fresh and phenomenal. We love freshly made food and are pretty picky eaters since we usually eat very clean. Only pizza that doesn’t upset our stomachs and comes out great every time.

Placed an online order and there was a glitch in the system with one of their coupons where I didn't receive something with the coupon so I called the store to explain the problem to see if they were going to honor the coupon. Spoke to someone on the management team just to physical get thearten will never make another purchase at this establishment again. I see why your rating is what it is make this make since

Had good pizza from them in the past. Quality going down hill fast. Tonight was worse pizza ever. Staff needs more training. Not going back for a while

Kayla greeted me soon as I walked in with a warm friendly smile. Excellent customer service. Positive energy. The pizza was hot and sumptuous my first visit and not my last.

The pizza is worth a try, if you haven't tried it, your missing out. Kayla is an awesome manager and the crew handles business.

Marcos is my fav but yall gotta teach these employees to wait to box these pizzas if it’s soaking orange grease out the box on white carpet but also please learn to cut these dang pizzas omg I literally should not have to buy a whole new cutter (since move and lost mine) but I give yall chance after chance (only because the man who I believe owns this store talked me into coming back after initial move in I felt bad he was working on his own in a Friday night so I same to pick up pizza and there was a kid on the lobby bench I think the cashiers kid so I came back to support this establishment) but $50 an order (which is now less often due to the quality) and yall still slackin! Also these young kids answering the phone with the sorriest don’t give af attitude (im also a young kid) but please stop having them answering the phone to take orders with the “I-don’t-wanna-be-here-attitude” cause honestly before I went back to work because of this my kids and I just started making our own pizzas at home for $12 I’m spending $50 every order and throwing it away and having a terrible experience yeah no thanks 😭 we’ve given up on yall and now looks tonight I’m exhausted from work and we can’t even separate the pizza unless I do it myself lord let me come show yall how to do this 😭

Had a great customer service experience with this Marcos location! Thomas took great care of us and was super friendly and helpful. The rest of the staff were very kind as well.
