Not a good option for uber eats! First told me they were out of food and forced us to chose other options. After we made changes to large order $100+ they abruptly canceled my order.

I was disappointed with my chicken salad sandwich. It was quite tasty but so little on the bread.
Been to McAlister's Deli before in other areas but this was our first trip to the location in Mooresville. Overall, we had a really good experience. We ordered the pick two and got a Pecanberry Salad with a Jalapeno Turkey Crunch sandwich along with a Caesar Salad with a Spicy Southwest Chicken sandwich. The food tasted great and the prices were just as good. The service was somewhat slow but there was only one person working the counter and also a lot of to-go orders being placed. We will definitely be back again!

All of it. At one point i enjoy going to this restaurant now I wouldn’t feed my dog this mess . I walked in it at the counter for 15 minutes before I could even place my order and there was no one in there except for one customer that was already sitting down eating his food. There was a guy in the back that had long hair didn’t have a hair nettle, and then this other fat scabby, dude that needed shave around the corner to help me i or my food and he brings it out to me and the sandwich look it something you would pull out of the trash can the soup was cold like they just took it out of the refrigerator

Okay. 2 points here for McA Deli in Mooresville. I am from Raleigh and had placed a to-go order at 8am for a 1pm pickup for an office meeting that I was having near by. I got there at 1pm. Was greeted by service saying * We do not have any chicken* . So, they had not even started making my order and they did not call me or email me to let me know and decide on another choice of meat for the sandwiches and salads. I asked why no reach out to me and was told * well, we just found out*. yeah, okay. Then no offer of a free dessert or a discount for the delay and ball drop.
The food was great. Except we could not have the chicken. Only reason I downgraded the food to 4Star. I think McA Deli is a place we can count on great sandwiches. The ownership should match up the staff to be as good. The carrot cake and berry/cream cheesecake we hits with my clients.
