Have had 3 separate accounts of food missing in my delivery. Have called the store and they will refund me my money or I can come and pick up the missing food. I have already waited for the food, paid the delivery fee and delivery driver tip so no thank you I will not come and get the missing food YOU FORGOT TO GIVE ME. Ridiculous 🤷🏻♀️

The Mooresville McAllisters has the worst staff of any restaurant I have ever been to! Three times now we have asked for my daughter’s sandwich to be heated again because it was cold and they were so ugly about it. She apologized for asking for it to be heated! We shouldn’t be made to feel that way when you are a paying customer you want your food right! Owners I hope you read the comments! I see now why the restaurant isn’t busy! You need to clean house and get you some staff with a personality and manners and care about their job and serving people! Funny how they can stand up there and cut up with each other and ignore the customers! The older blonde lady is the worst! You should apologize to my daughter! And many others I have watched you be ugly too!

I was told the bread is toasted. Not. One slice of roast beef on ciabatta bread does not make a sandwich. Would not recommend. Staff all standing in lobby looking in parking lot and carrying on. Worst lunch ever

We ordered catering for about 20 people. Delivery was 1 hour and 40 minutes late. Called to check on it, and I think thats when they started to work on it. Told me 25 minutes. After 45 minutes called and said it was on the way. We were 5 minutes away. Waited 20 minutes and called again. Said they were walking out the door. So the previous person clearly lied. Overall, we were offered about a 20% discount. Will never order again. 20 people eating almost 2 hours late was a very uncomfortable situation.
