When to Mooresville location last night ordered chicken Caesar wraps was delicious but no pickles and ordered macaroni & cheese THEY must have poured it in the cups mostly juice very little macaroni we just dipped the sandwich in it 26.31. A little much for 1 drink 2 sandwich's. NO PICKLES AND DIPPING CHEESE SAUCE. WE LIKE MOORESVILLE & MYRTLE BEACH LOCATION. NEVER HAVE HAVE ANYTHING LIKE THIS BEFORE MAY HAVE TO THINK ABOUT IT BEFORE WE RETURN. IT'S ALWAYS BEEN GREAT AND VERY GOOD BUT NOT THIS TIME

Food was good, but they could have given me a little more chicken salad because I felt like I was eating mostly crossaint with very little on it. Overall, the taste was good, though. The restaurant was clean and the service was great. The main complaint I have is that one of the employees was smoking a cigarette inside the restaurant for a good 5 minutes before taking it outside. That's disgusting, especially when you're trying to eat.

I ordered via Uber Eats and I ordered half spud and half sandwich. The food was still hot, made perfectly to order, delivered ahead of schedule, and amazing!! So much meat in the sandwich and so fresh! And the spud was packed and huge for only a half!!! I love McAlister's and always appreciate the quality and the service.

Went on for a mobile order first time eating here. Cashier and staff turned around didn’t greet or say a word. Food is delicious though. Thankfully I pre ordered it not I would have left with that bad customer service.

It's fast filling food that tastes decent, but not as good as 20 yrs ago. The only thing I love about it now is the Iced Tea - still the best in the world!! Unfortunately this location lost 2 stars on service by dumping all the tea prior to closing time, without offering a single refill first. Not cool, kids!
