Congratulations Macdonalds you've made it on my list of horrible food and service. Just left burger King giving a review and bojangles and several other businesses. Got a old cold burger here and burger King too so I hate burgers now thank you Macdonalds.

McDonald’s has never been great but it’s a lot worse these days. The ceiling is leaking and I had to come inside after ordering drive-thru because they forget/messed up my order. 15 minutes and still waiting.
85 degrees today and they are not serving ice cream. Typical freaking McDonald’s!!!!!!!

I go through that drive-through a lot. I am a diabetic always get the usual the two dollars for a sandwich which you can get a gravy biscuit for this morning. I was told I couldn’t get a gravy biscuit when I got up to pay for it wouldn’t that I couldn’t get a gravy biscuit while I got ticked off about it’s that they should’ve said oh that’s not an eligible item which I don’t know why because it says it is Would you like something else now they just wanna charge me full price and not say nothing. That’s what take me off then if you order a coffee over there and you tell me how many creams and sugars you want they sure don’t put that in there then I asked for extra sugar cause I could tell by looking at my coffee trust me I’m a coffee person they gonna give me two packs. Are you freaking kidding me? It’s always some kind of BS with this McDonald’s always and sadly it’s the only thing on that part of town and I do healthcare transportation so it’s not like I can just take 20 minutes out and run across town to another restaurant And there for a while. I just quit going there for this reason. All of my coworkers have quit going there most of the facilities around that place have quit going there because of the BS they do have some respect and say oh the computer says gravy Visit is eligible on our end. Could I get you a biscuit but not I didn’t even get that that’s what took me off
