I mainly got the drive thru here, so no atmosphere here. clean property, it's McDonalds, so food on the run is good

This restaurant "parks" you just about every time you go to it. Even with simple orders it is normal to be told to go park in a spot and wait, sometimes for a long stretch of time. The food is usually fine and the staff is friendly enough, but having to pull over and wait for your order pretty much every visit sucks.

I ordered a large mocha frappe thru the drive-thru 2 people in front of me ended up waiting 25 minutes. WHAT THE HECK!!!! I even called them to tell them I had been waiting then for 10* minutes.

We waited over 20 mins for our order… while they knocked out a whole line easily, seen people ordering at the drive through while mine had been ordered at least 10 mins prior to arriving. We waited a good 15 mins at the 2nd window while 3 girls stood there talking. Then at the 3rd at least 10+ only to be told.. idk I just got here by management. Very unprofessional. Keep in mind, my order was small. Happy meal & 10 piece meal.

Order from the mobile app. Went through the drive thru. Said it would be about 4 minutes for my quarter pounder. Parked me in the lot. All that is fine. 20 min later when all the other cars have scome and gone I went in and wanted to ask about my order. There was a long line of people in there pissed off for the same thing. People slamming doors and cussing. Finally got my order after 35 mins. Food was horrible. Service horrible.

When I pay .90 extra for extra caramel drizzle in my frappe and it’s the same as a regular frappe and you tell me that’s all you can do…. Well then give me back my extra $$

Waited 27 minutes for three doubles , and it was wrong.Went back around to window and gave it to the girl who said I’ll have them make another one fast …..3 minutes later she said can you pull up to a online spot , I honestly refused . Still took an extra 5 minutes …..they honestly didn’t seem to know what was going on….

This is one of the worst McDonald's I have been to. Customer service is horrible they have no manners and are even rude at times the exception is a very sweet older lady who works the morning drive through. The wait times suck.

Placed order in drive thru and had to repeat the order 4 times. The employee (a lady) whom took our order was rude and clearly on something other than life. The order was still wrong and practically our food was thrown out the window at me and slammed in my face... No napkins and no straws plus food was nasty. If I could zero stars I would. If you're not happy with your job please quit... Patrons don't deserve this treatment even if it is fast food...
