Been sitting and waiting on our order for 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru with no one else in line. Keep bringing out bags of food but not ours. They act completely lost. This McDonald's is pathetic. Should have went to the one on the other end of town.

I placed a mobile order for the drive thru and when I arrived I waited at the intercom for someone to take my code and no one answered. Meanwhile there were 2 employees standing outside talking while another customer was waiting. I got frustrated and left, this isn’t the first time this has happened at this location.

Came here after leaving Wendy’s because of a bad experience. The staff was nice, they were timely (and PACKED) and every single thing in our order was correct.
The self serve checkout takes WAAAAAY TOO LONG and asks way too many unrelated questions. 0/10

Ordered a drink with no ice l but received a drink with ice. The poor girl in the window did not know how to fix this problem because her screen didn't say no ice.... Also did not receive straws for the drinks. Smoothie machine was down, and the chicken biscuit was disgusting
