It’s clear the owners, operators, managers AND employees could not care less about their jobs and service. Every. Single. Time I come to this location there’s a problem. I only use the app because talking to the employees is pointless and aggravating; however, using the app is worthless now too. If I select which sauces I want on the app, why are your employees coming up to my window with a caddy of sauces? Put it in the damn bag! I came here to pick up lunch for me and my daughter—she wanted one of the new hello kitty toys (so did I) but both of our “Happy Meals” were cold, missing sauces, sloppily put together, and OH YEAH missing toys. Absolutely unacceptable. This was at lunchtime—11:30 AM, not 9 PM, not 3 AM….lunchtime. I would LOVE to hear from management because I’m sure whatever BS you could find to defend this service is laughable and I could use a good laugh. Garbage. DO NOT GO HERE.

Order was incorrect and hard as a rock. Contacted McDonald’s corporate asking for a refund as I was unaware of the incorrect order until I left the location and was told they appreciate my feedback but will not make things right. The whole point of McDonalds is quality and consistency and this was neither.

I swear this is got to be the worst McDonald’s in the area. I ordered a smoothie online and I was gonna do curbside to pick it up. There was one car in the drive-through and there was nobody in the restaurant. It was over five minutes that I waited in the car. I decided to go in and get my smoothie and when I asked for it, the kid behind the counter was like why didn’t you make it and the other kid said oh I didn’t see it….sorry. So whatever he might not have seen it. So a few minutes later, when I got it handed to me, The large that I bought was a little over half full. When I asked the kid is this really a large he said that’s the machine.

I just went through the drive thru. My smoothie was about 3/4 of the way full. When I asked why, the kid just shrugged at me and told me to have a nice day. Complete lack of customer service!!!!!!

So far this is the only location that gets the gravy biscuit right every time. Other locations are watered down with little taste. I hope this one continues this bc it's my favorite & I've been let down by the Statesville locations nearly every time.

Baby I just came in on a bad day. Look like they had one cashier and one cook. 10 to 20 cars in line and maybe around 20 people inside.
For those two people that were working. They deserve a pat on the back.

I don't know how this location is still in business. The people, every single one of them, are absolutely terrible. They have the nastiest attitudes, always look like they have a issue with anyone who walks in the door. And they make their food horrible. I get it. It's fast food, but why have we lost the will to be decent people? Are we really so far gone that there's absolutely no common kindness or professionalism? This place is trash

Service was absolutely horrible. I understand being short staffed what I do not understand is serving your friends before other paying customers. My fiancé stood there for 30 minutes simple order and still watched food go out for others. Such a disappointment
