McDonald’s is my guilty pleasure and this location hits almost every time. Have lived here for almost 10 years and this is the spot. Friendly people work here and sure check your bag to make sure all is in there but keep it up Mickey Ds 👏

They missed so many parts of my pickup order I had to go in and verbally walk them through my order. Then on top of that the food literally gave us food poisoning, avoid this location.

We ate here tonight on Thanksgiving. Traveling from Florida to ohio. We were starving and they were the only place open. We had to wait but I knew because it was going to be fresh. THE best French fries I have ever had from McDonald's! Also the mcrib was great as well. Young man at the window told us Happy Thanksgiving. Good experience.

They close the dining room whenever they feel like even though it states until 11pm. Like at least change the hours! Then i went to drive thru and waited a whole 7 minutes before they spoke through the speaker. when i said finally I’ve been waiting for a while she said to go back around and wait more. I left and i never will come back.

Ordered door dash at night from this location received half of what I ordered. We drove to the location to receive our food or a refund. Staff answered the intercom with saying they are not accepting orders although they were open. Along with this, staff continuously states that the ice cream machine is not working, when other locations say that it is never working at this specific location and they are most likely lying about it to get out of working at night. (Order was at 2 am on 11/15/25) IN ADDITION: This was not the fault of door dash this was the locations fault. The doordash was sealed and had not been touched by the driver. With the owners reply, it shows that this location would rather accept the laziness of their workers and scam people out of the food they paid for than provide the service they said that they would.

My boyfriend and I were out running errands and decided to get some caramel sundaes with extra caramel which we paid extra for, on the way home. Placed an order in the app and went to pick up. We were greeted at the screen in the drive thru and told to pull around. First window we stopped and there were two guys just talking and ignored to acknowledge us so we drove to the second window since it was ordered and paid for already. Sat at that window without anyone coming to say hello or anything so we reversed back to the first window and the guy was working on the ice cream and it we heard the guy say he didn’t have anymore caramel and still handed over these vanilla ice creams with a couple dabs of caramel. He gave one to my boyfriend and then said could he see the first one and said let me put some more but there wasn’t any and he still gave it to us. At this point we were over it and just took and drove away. The dude didn’t even have the tops on because the ice cream began leaking out the bottoms and all over my lap and there wasn’t any nothing to do because we used all the napkins we had left and ended up throwing them out because we were covered in ice cream. Shouldn’t have spoiled the evening but having a lap grill of ice cream due to the incompetence to make sure the lid was on was annoying.
