Every time the same thing. You can order on the app, online, in the restaurant, you can order by mail or by stork. Its pull to the side and we will bring your order out.15 mins for a sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin and coffee. There were no cars behind me in line. 5 cars waiting. Nobody moves in this place like they care. Absolutely ridiculous. They need to replace the entire staff here. Stop asking me to pull up and wait to the side. I'm not doing it anymore. RIDICULOUS

I wish I knew what happened to all the amazing employees that were at this location a year ago… this was my favorite McDonald’s and then out of no where all new employees who can’t make a coffee, get an order right and are unsanitary to say the least…. No matter what time of day you go the employees seem to not know what they are doing.

Person at drive through window dropped an icecream cone on the counter as he was passing it through the window, instead of throwing it away he scooped the ice cream off the cone and PUT IT BACK INTO THE MACHINE, then handed us back the same cone with new ice cream. I believe he was more than just tired, he forgot the drinks that come with every happy meal and also forgot the sauce we asked to confirm was in there. Do not go to this location it is unsanitary

I promised myself I wouldn’t go back, but my wife wanted fries—how can you mess those up? Apparently, they can. At the drive-thru, I was handed two Diet Cokes instead of the large fries I ordered. After correcting it, I was told to wait, but when I went inside 5 minutes later, I was told they’d just made fresh fries. When I left, the fries were cold. I tried to return, but the doors were locked even though it was only 7:52 PM. Full disclosure, it was a day after the so called snow storm, and I get everyone should get home safely. But get it correct the 1st time!

Waited 30 minutes for someone to bring my food to the table. While everyone else that came after mewere eating
this is not the first time i’ve had issues with this place, but today was the breaking point. you guys never get the food right, i’m always missing stuff, oh and if you wanted a nice refreshing drink, nope!! the coke was not “calibrated” correctly and they blamed it on the drink company. i know for a FACT coke never tastes like that. will never be coming to this location again.

While I can appreciate a restaurant being busy on Christmas Eve, I was put off by them telling our group to use the kiosk because they wouldn’t take our order at the register. The McDonald’s employee came off snarky the way he kept saying it (and the older members of my group are both hard of hearing and were trying to read the menu). He said it three times and made it clear that we were an inconvenience. I’ve been annoyed at work, but I also know that you can’t show that because without customers, you don’t have a job. The thing is that we had some older folks in our group and they just aren’t comfortable with the kiosk technology. Plus, it doesn’t allow for paying cash. Also, the menu doesn’t translate. Everyone knew what number combo they wanted, but the kiosk menu isn’t arranged that way. In fact, there are no combo numbers. Finally, they lost some of our food and it didn’t make it to the table with our order. Since a computer was involved in the process, you’d think the order would be right, but we still had to follow up to ensure that we got what we paid for. It just wasn’t a great experience, even for a fast food place. Employees may need to be trained how to deal with folks from different generations and folks with disabilities. I probably will not visit this location again because of the poor customer service.

They consistently are not prepared. They make you move up even with no line so you will get off their timer.So corporate don't know how long they take to make a gravy biscuit. They do not know how to make their specialty coffees only a certain few. Not even one of their managers know how to make an actual caramel macchiato. Argued with me about it when it's supposed to be layered. Mcdonald's corporate get a hold of this store for god's sakes, or shut it down

Always messing up my order and forgetting stuff.
Very very slow and an uncharged on value meals for unsweetened tea instead of softdrink I would die of hunger and thrist before I go back

who cleans the machines during dinner time at 5:30pm. This McDonald’s is always so lazy. Had no pies ready nothing. All I ordered was nuggets fries and they made me sit. I get my order and all it has is nuggets. I won’t return.
