By far the worst order management I’ve ever experienced at a McDonald’s. They tell customers to take a specific parking spot, then have no idea who’s order is who’s and make several trips to the car with the WRONG order. Absolute cluster.

The drive through didn't get my order right, when I came back through they asked that I come in the store, it was less than clean, I wouldn't want to eat there. Garbage needed taken out, floors needed to be swept and mopped, but worse of all was the attitude of the cashier. I had to ask for a manager to assist in fixing the order.

Hello, everyone! I love McDonald’s for its tasty food, affordable prices, and fast service. But not all McDonald’s are equally good. Today, I visited one of the best McDonald’s in the USA, located at: 1090 Brawley School Rd, Mooresville, NC. As a truck driver, I’ve seen all kinds of service, and trust me, this one stands out. An excellent team works here, led by a manager named Torris. The place is spotless, with decorative flowers on the tables, and the staff is very respectful. Even the coffee tastes great thanks to the good water. Big respect to Torris and her team!

NO ONE in the restaurant. Cashiers don't have to take your order because its a screen now.
How are you still getting my order wrong? Bro I ordered a double quarter pounder WITH bacon and you couldn't even put the bacon on the damn sandwich.
I'm not even coming back. Just charging back the whole meal now. I'll keep doing that until orders start being right. If no one cares then neither will I.
I am not looking for free shit. Just want my order to be right.
Side note: they didn't even put a toy in my childs kids meal. I had to go back in once we discovered it in the car.

Every time the same thing. You can order on the app, online, in the restaurant, you can order by mail or by stork. Its pull to the side and we will bring your order out.15 mins for a sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin and coffee. There were no cars behind me in line. 5 cars waiting. Nobody moves in this place like they care. Absolutely ridiculous. They need to replace the entire staff here. Stop asking me to pull up and wait to the side. I'm not doing it anymore. RIDICULOUS

I wish I knew what happened to all the amazing employees that were at this location a year ago… this was my favorite McDonald’s and then out of no where all new employees who can’t make a coffee, get an order right and are unsanitary to say the least…. No matter what time of day you go the employees seem to not know what they are doing.

Person at drive through window dropped an icecream cone on the counter as he was passing it through the window, instead of throwing it away he scooped the ice cream off the cone and PUT IT BACK INTO THE MACHINE, then handed us back the same cone with new ice cream. I believe he was more than just tired, he forgot the drinks that come with every happy meal and also forgot the sauce we asked to confirm was in there. Do not go to this location it is unsanitary
