Ordered a McCrispy/Chicken Sandwich, usually comes with some type of fried buttermilk chicken. This sandwich came with chicken from a McChicken, if there was no chicken for a mccrispy then i should've got a refund instead of that nasty chicken.

Stopped here the other day and ordered a large sweet tea, but was told they are out and asked me what else I would like. I don’t like soda very much so I took a couple seconds while I looked at the menu and was told “we close in 20 could you hurry up?” I understand having a rough day or even saying stuff like that while the mic is muted but saying it over the speaker? Lowkey disrespectful and I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this location. Will not be coming back

It is a good place. When I go biking with my sone we stop by to eat something. They are friendly. Food is just like at all other McDonalds, not great and expensive but it is not their fault it is corporate business model.

Service is consistently terrible. Place an order at drive through, the employee doesn’t read back the order or put it on the screen, just tells me to pull around. No one is at the first window, even though the sign says “pay here”. Go to the next window and the kid asked what I ordered. I told him my order, and he said he didn’t hear half of my order. I got annoyed and left, I can’t be bothered with this place. Owners must not care, the employees definitely don’t care.

This McDonald’s is horrible. They NEVER get the order right. Tell you to pull up and wait and forget about you. Food is cold. And the customer service is horrific. Some of the rudest people work here. Ever since Sharon left, this place has gone down the drain. No work ethic. Nobody cares. If overpriced, cold food with terrible service is your thing, stop by. Otherwise, skip it.

Waited 5 min + at the standby drive thru line they put you in to wait extra long. Burger and fries were room temp.

Don't waste your time at this place the people here do not want to work, we sat.in drive thru lane while other lane ordered, no one acknowledged us, we said hello and still no answer, drive to the window to place order, we ordered a sausage biscuit and a chicken biscuit five cars left the drive up window and we were still sitting there I had to go inside and it was sitting on the counter and the manager said oh she was supposed to run that out to you don't bother go to a different place and eat, all while I was trying to get my kid to school pathetic they would get zero stars if that was an option
