I'm not expecting high cuisine when I go to a fast food restaurant, but this particular McDonald's is consistently the worst drive through experience I have. Slow service, apathetic and often rude staff, and a 50/50 chance my order is messed up. This place needs some serious management improvement.

Order Big Breakfast with Hot cakes and no "hot cakes". I have stopped calling the restaurant and have stopped reporting to corporate because nothing is ever addresses so from now going forward I decided to just post a bad review when I do decided to stop at this location because it is close to my home but most of the time I drive across town anymore for better service and quality food.

There were neither customers behind us nor in the second drive through lane, but we felt rushed by and bothersome to the lady taking our order. We stated large 3 times, but EVERY time we started to speak, a very loud conversation was heard taking place inside that appeared to involve the one taking our order. Right food, wrong size. When we got to the window, we asked the guy for the receipt and were given the receipt along with rolling eyes. Got the whole "WOULD YOU LEAVE ALREADY" feeling through this fairly simple process.Atmosphere: Appeared loud. We used the drive through so can not speak for the dining room. If it is as loud as the drive through, I don't want to dine in.Would recommend either a different location (franchise) or another restaurant.

The app wouldn't work, the food was COLD-cold... not like 'just sitting there awhile' cold and the app wouldn't let me order breakfast at 5:30am. Upon scrolling, it asked what I'd recommend. BOJANGLES. I'd recommend BOJANGLES.

EVERYTIME I come to this McD I have issues. Today I got a med Fri and when I got them it was half full. Hot at least so I didnt complain. Last week they were full but OLD and cold.
