We visited the Mooresville location last night.
Great friendly service! We had a flight of of Waltrip beers. That helped us decide which pints we’d have. There was a 1/2 price special on pints.
Great apps and delicious burgers!
We will return on our next visit to the area.

The food service and atmosphere was amazing. If it wasnt for our server Shelly we wouldnt have known what to get. The manager Shannon even came out to talk with us! Highly recommend the wings MW style and the MW beers! We even bought a few 6 packs to take home. Please come check them out. Make sure you ask for Shelly as your server!!

Had a terrible experience with Will. I think he is a manager?? Either way, he couldn’t perform the basic tasks of connecting the audio to the tv’s in the restaurant. He then became very aggravated with his poor ability and began snapping at people offering him assistance. I was embarrassed for him. It is not the customers fault that a manager doesn’t know how to work the technology at their restaurant. I hope not to see Will in the future

Surfside Pasta
This place may not be known to a lot of people yet, but it is a pleasant surprise. I own a restaurant and very rarely rate other restaurants. Michael Waltrip deserves a 10 star rating! Our group was greeted and seated by the General Manager or Owner ( not sure what his position is) but he is a jack of all trades because after seating us, he offered some menu suggestions and took our drink order. Our server was bubbly and attentive. It is uncommon today that you see the Manager come into the dining room and visit and check on all the guests but we felt special as he checked on us many times throughout our meal on Friday night. Best of luck with your restaurant sir!

You can go next door to Harris Teeter and buy everything they have on the menu for 1/3 of the price. Everything was clearly just frozen food that they heat up. Brisket was awful. Philly cheesesteak was just ground beef on a roll. Buffalo chicken flatbread wasn’t even grilled chicken, just chicken cubes that tasted like they were heated up in a microwave. Jalapeño poppers were clearly just bought premade frozen and heated up with like cheez wiz inside. I’ve had better of all things in the frozen aisle of a grocery store. They were also out of 2 beers I tried to order. Finally, I got an IPA and it had very little flavor. Tasted watery- def not bitter or hoppy or juicy like any other IPA I’ve ever had. Also, it was so bright coming in the back window that you couldn’t face that direction without looking down the whole time. Such a shame because it’s so close by, but 100000% not worth your money. I’d rather have fast food. I’d be embarrassed to have my name on the establishment. (I will say that the staff was pleasant though)
The food is absolutely delicious, if you stop by i recommend service from the spectacular Q, she is an amazing bartender and phenomenal personality in my opinion. Please do not sit on the fish and get the Mac and cheese on the side. Absolutely worth it. I enjoy coming here just to kick back and have a drink and watch sports and enjoy Indulging in the delicious food.

MW is bar food quality with not a bunch of different choices. Nothing special and no food nor drink specials. No daily speciality soups, lunch or dinner specials not on menu. Food portions small and overpriced. Atmosphere is bright and sterile not warm and inviting. It’s more of a for out of town guests, not a neighbor taproom. Disappointed. Had high hopes. TVs are much better, this is a plus. Do miss stopping in for the Sunday wings special, a beer and football. Needs to be more personable to the area.

I just ordered off of doordash. My first time ordering from here and WOW!! Wings are HUGE, build your own burger was awesome, and the fries are perfect. This place blew my expectations and I've found a new favorite. Thank you for the meal and it's my 35th birthday today and this was the win!!
