I discovered a very minor issue at home, on a to go order once. The next time I returned, I casualy mentioned it out of curiosity. I didn't ask for anything, i didn't want anything, and I tried my best to stop them. But they insisted on giving a discount. Thank you Moe's, and it was not necessary. We very much enjoy your food and service. Especially the Moe's Monday specials.

This location is my absolute favorite not only because of the incredible food but the service is the absolute best you could ask for. If you go, ask for Brandon!! He’s the assistant manager & I’ve called moes a couple of occasions to ask questions & make special requests about my online orders and he always picks up the phone & says he’s going to make my order himself & makes sure every special addition gets added or taken off that I cannot edit online! He’s incredible & the absolute sweetest! Takes that extra step even when you’re not in the building. Forever keeping this moes as my only location!

I can’t say enough about this place. If you need a catering order don’t walk, run to this Moe’s. My niece contacted them to cater a meal for my mom’s 100th year of life party and Moe’s went head and shoulders above and beyond. Their communication with my niece was fantastic. What was extra special was the flowers and personal card signed by the team. They didn’t just sign their names. Each wrote a special message to my mom. Shout out to Pam, Susan, Tori, Holly, Matthew, Ashley, BH, Ava, Aidyn, and it looks like Lana. You will go far!!! You made my mom feel extra loved. The flowers are still by her side.

I don’t normally leave reviews but when I’ve been looking forward to lunch all day and haven’t eaten breakfast… I’m hungry. I even the called the restaurant to inquire about the calorie count in the chili crisp chicken taco. A coworker grabbed lunch for everyone and didn’t have time to look through everything. I got this. Whatever it is. Probably going to quit occasionally ordering out for a while because it doesn’t matter whether it’s fast casual or a restaurant, I just don’t have good luck. 😕 Check your food before you head out because this taco looks so sad.

My girlfriend went to pick up an order today for 2 burritos. When she went in, she was told that there was another order under the same name. She was told a doordash driver picked up both orders. They refused to refund or remake the order and made her get back in line to reorder her food. She had to repurchase the food and all she got as compensation was a small fountain drink. Absolutely abysmal customer service not to remake the order or at bare minimum refund her. Do better!

So many upcharges and they only had steak left so we had to get that as the protein then found out it’s an extra $5 per order. Yikes and never again!
