We got the regular Philly and the Chicken Philly. AND BABYYYYYYY!!!! They not lying, Best Philly in NC- Hands Down!

Customer Service also A-1!! Lovely staff, friendly and warm. You can taste the love in the food for sure.

Ordered the Reuben. The bread on the bottom side of the sandwich was so soaked it was soft. That's because it's being cooked on a grill rather than the bread being toasted. So if you take your food to go, I'd recommend eating it almost immediately because it will not survive a 5-minute trip to your destination.
The only solution is some old school chips that I'm sure aren't healthy. Depending on the oils in them. And two tiny little pickles. A bit overpriced for the offering.

I stopped in today after a doctor’s appointment. I have a friend that raves about your sandwiches. Sadly, I was underwhelmed. I got the order to go. I thought I would sneak a french fry on the way home. They were hot, but they were still raw. When I got home to eat half of my cheesesteak, it was very dry. I had to add additional mayo, there were no onions or mushrooms that I ordered and very little cheese. VERY DRY!

I got a Ruben for my husband and he said it was just okay. Not anything outstanding. Sad to say that the cheesesteaks at Duckworths and Kickbacks are better. Very pricey for what we got. I wanted this to be so much better!

Are at this amazing location today for lunch, the staff are amazingly nice and welcoming, I ordered the Philly cheesesteak it came with chips pickle slices and I also got a sweet tea, while I waited I sampled one of their homemade ice creams which was very delicious, my order was ready in no time. The staff I think are family but not sure, the food was amazing, prices are as well and overall a good environment, I will be back when I stay at the aloft again. Highly recommended.

Almost $10 for the saddest BLT I have ever seen. It legitimately reminded me of a middle school lunch and not in a good way.

The cheesesteaks are on point, the staff have been friendly every time I visited.

The lack of stars is for politicizing the restaurant. There is NO NEED to bring politics into a limited hours “diner/ice cream shop”

There’s enough division in this country as it is. I just don’t understand why, as a business, in a capitalist economy, you would risk alienating a considerable amount your of your potential customer base by advertising for a particular candidate. It feels ignorant and short sighted. Why not promote things that are universally beloved instead? Like advertising ASPCA or for pets in shelters who are on the kill list. Or charities to help homeless veterans or starving children?

I support your right to vote as a business owner. But damn, stay in your lane and sell great cheesesteaks and German pancakes.
