I went to the Mooresville location Friday. Meredith helped me with my order. She was very friendly and had a beautiful smile. She also let me know the new flavor they have starting TODAY!!!! I'm so excited I can not wait to place my order!!!!

Just left this store 10 min ago for DoorDash order Makayla.

The one employee that handed me the bag and I showed her the confirmation, it was no problem.

The other employee walks over with a stapler, removes the receipt from the bag to testable it: 1). Why she would wait until I got there to pick it up and decide to make the change, Questionable; 2) Why she stapled it right as I was snapping the picture for confirming the order, even more questionable. * the order had been sitting on the shelf for at least a few minutes for her to have done this if it were that important to do. * The first employer that handed me the bag even looked at her and said something making her aware of what she was doing, but she kept on.

Her decision making didn’t seem to keen surprisingly, at least in this situation. She seemed to be a little brighter and more aware than what was displayed. I have speculations of what the reason for this could have been (and they’re not All just bad). Just something to think about.

We recently supported our daughters ROTC group at MHS and purchased some bundtinis. They were absolutely delicious! I had to stop in in-person and pick up a few more. Such a cute place and the staff was super friendly. Originally we ordered confetti, strawberries & cream, and chocolate chocolate chip. Today we purchased red velvet, white chocolate raspberry, and chocolate chocolate chip again. Thank you for supporting our cadets! God willing we're able to do it again next year. Thank you!

We ordered Bundtinis for our wedding and they were a huge hit! Lauren was wonderful to work with from the very first call planning our order to coordinating delivery the day of the event. The Bundtinis arrived on time, in perfect condition and our guests loved them!

Wow, they have cakes that taste... like cakes. Now I know what some of you are thinking, but you're wrong. I am bold. I am strong. I am full of myself, or so Charlie said , meanie, see if I date him any longer.

The staff are super friendly and the store was very clean & smelled delicious! I ordered Bundtinis and made sure to keep them flat to get them to my party safely! They were patient and explained the flavors to help me decide what I wanted. They even helped me out to my car with my order.

I can’t wait to be back in the future!

Please think twice before ordering something to be delivered from this bakery. I ordered 12 bundtinis to be delivered to my boss for her birthday on 5/22/24, and this is how they were arrived (see picture in review). I understand that the delivery company should have handled the box more carefully, but perhaps the bakery also should look into improving their packaging to ensure this sort of issue doesn't happen again - especially since they charge $20+ for the delivery option. I'm so embarrassed that my gift arrived in this condition and I don't think I'll be able to order from this location again.

Additionally - I submitted a ticket on their site requesting assistance with this order yesterday and requested a call back, but have not received one. I just called myself and spoke with someone on the phone at the Mooresville location about the delivery since they never reached out, but no solution was offered to fix this issue. I was assured I'd get a call back tomorrow from a manager, but overall I'm very disappointed with the condition of the gift my boss received and wish I spent my money elsewhere.
