I had such a wonderful experience with NothingBundtCakes in Mooresville, NC! I called the store with a few questions and was helped by Elliette, who provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever received over the phone.

She was incredibly kind, very patient, and helpful — taking the time to answer all my questions and helped me figure out the perfect accessories and Bundtinis BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, facilitating getting the order delivered for my daughter’s 25th birthday! Her cheerful attitude and professionalism really stood out, and I could tell she genuinely cared about making sure everything was just right.

It’s not every day that you encounter a special person and hang up smiling, but Elliette made that happen! I’ll definitely be ordering from this location again, thanks to her outstanding service and attention to detail.

I bought a gender reveal cake the other day and the ladies behind the counter were SO nice and were super careful to not accidentally reveal the gender to me! Great experience, will definitely use again!

I went to the Mooresville location Friday. Meredith helped me with my order. She was very friendly and had a beautiful smile. She also let me know the new flavor they have starting TODAY!!!! I'm so excited I can not wait to place my order!!!!

Just left this store 10 min ago for DoorDash order Makayla.

The one employee that handed me the bag and I showed her the confirmation, it was no problem.

The other employee walks over with a stapler, removes the receipt from the bag to testable it: 1). Why she would wait until I got there to pick it up and decide to make the change, Questionable; 2) Why she stapled it right as I was snapping the picture for confirming the order, even more questionable. * the order had been sitting on the shelf for at least a few minutes for her to have done this if it were that important to do. * The first employer that handed me the bag even looked at her and said something making her aware of what she was doing, but she kept on.

Her decision making didn’t seem to keen surprisingly, at least in this situation. She seemed to be a little brighter and more aware than what was displayed. I have speculations of what the reason for this could have been (and they’re not All just bad). Just something to think about.

We recently supported our daughters ROTC group at MHS and purchased some bundtinis. They were absolutely delicious! I had to stop in in-person and pick up a few more. Such a cute place and the staff was super friendly. Originally we ordered confetti, strawberries & cream, and chocolate chocolate chip. Today we purchased red velvet, white chocolate raspberry, and chocolate chocolate chip again. Thank you for supporting our cadets! God willing we're able to do it again next year. Thank you!

We ordered Bundtinis for our wedding and they were a huge hit! Lauren was wonderful to work with from the very first call planning our order to coordinating delivery the day of the event. The Bundtinis arrived on time, in perfect condition and our guests loved them!
