I’ve been here so many times that I was thrilled when they got added. The service was AWFUL. First they were on a wait and then claimed to “lose” my contact and said they looked for me which they didn’t. Upon sitting down, it was evident our waitstaff nor the manager was apprised of the situation. Furthermore, the table who was seated and ordered after us (got the same meal as us) was served first due to being friends with the waitress. This is just the beginning of issues we seemed to have. Many of which included the wait staff talking about our table several times. Disappointing to say the least.

We have been here several times. This time was different- Rustica salad- delicious Siciliana and Prosciutto Pizzas-- way to doughy, thick crust (used to be thinner), little or no tomato base sauce, few if any herbs, spices or any for a kick. It wasn't a tasty pizza- these people know better Bottom line- for 2 glasses of wine, 2 coffees, 2 pizza at $90.00-- expensive and not worth the taste!

This place is nice and a lot more spacious than I thought. The service was great, food was delicious, and they had a solid beer list. My Italian brother in law noticed the restaurant is VPN certified (authentic oven/baking)

Mike was great. He gave really good recommendations and made sure we enjoyed our dinner. The chicken piccata was really good. It was the 1st time I ever had it with artichoke in it. If you like artichokes, then you will like the piccata. My friend enjoy led his shrimp scampi as well. I can't wait to go back again.

I was seated all the way in the back room, next to the restrooms, and I really didn't like that setup. It was an event room usually for larger groups. Initially, I was the only one there, but then various groups arrived, making it very noisy. The waitress was friendly, but just because I inquire about menu preferences doesn't mean I want to follow them. Anyway, I chose my appetizer, but due to her strong recommendation, I let her select my main course. I regretted it because even with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, parmesan cheese, pesto, and more, the dish had no taste at all! By the time I waited on some of those items to enhance the taste, my food ended up being cold. Nonetheless, the appetizer was enjoyable, as was the dessert! I didn't get to experience the restaurant or anything noteworthy about it because of my seating location. I'm not entirely sure I'll make that long drive again; it's a 45-minute drive for me without traffic, so it would obviously take even longer if there's traffic.
Unfortunately I will not be back. I was there with a big party for my mother's birthday. I did not notice that the tip was included in the bill so I paid for the bill and left an additional $45 cash tip. Coming from a customer service background that was wrong for the waiter not to say something.

Wonderful pizza! We enjoyed our meal with live music provided by a saxophone player. It was a great dining experience!On our most recent visit we enjoyed the food which is delicious. The service, however, was really off. We had a reservation and were seated at a table by the restrooms. Our server was unaware that we were at one of her tables although we had sat at the table for 15 minutes before flagging her down to ask if she was indeed our server. Once we had her attention she was very nice but seemed to lack focus as we had to ask for utensils. I'm just not sure as to what is going on with the service. Maybe they are under staffed.
