O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

Not sure how O'Charley's is still in business because no matter the day or time, there are less than 10 paying customers in the restaurant. Don't get me wrong, I like the fact that there is no crowd, but quality service and food is also falling short. I think that only reason why we still go is because my kids enjoy the chicken tenders. But the menu stops there. Don't try and order anything else on the menu. For example, yesterday (3/12/23) my wife ordered a Caesar salad and potato soup. The Caesar salad had shredded cheddar cheese (never seen that before in my life). The Potato Soup was more like cheese water with the leftover potatoes from what wasn't used for their French fries. I had the club sandwich, which was by far the worst club sandwich that I have ever had. Do not eat at O'Charley's unless you are going to order Chicken Tenders.

My wife had the chicken w bacon sandwich and thought it was great. The lobster bisque tasted excellent, but the cup was barely 2/3 full. The lobster w Mac & cheese was good. The broccoli was good as we're the rolls. I was disappointed w my margurita as it was a small glass, filled with ice and not much drink. I complained and the manager fixed me another one w less ice and larger glass. It seems their corporate management is more concerned with short term profits and far less concerned with customers who return. Service was excellent!

Went for lunch and didn't have the best food experience. The people were kind and attentive. The food just didn't hit my expectations. The bread that was first delivered to the table was dry and overcooked. The tomatoes in the salad were smushy and unappealing. Even the lime in the margarita was dry. It's probably not like this everyday, but today we got less than expected.

We were here around 1:00 today Monday, October 3rd. Service and food were good. The highlight of our experience was the sweet hostess! She clearly loves her job and was extremely pleasurable!

Absolutely disgusting. Staff does not use proper food sanitation when handling food and should be retrained. The restaurant is never busy but always seems to have a 30-40 minute wait for food to be served no matter what you order. Half of the wait staff hides in the kitchen and barely shows up when needed. If you want to waste your time eating questionable food that may have been served with utensils dropped in the floor and picked back up and used to serve your food then be my guest.

Been here many times…never any issues. Great service. Food has always been good. One time my steak was a touch over medium rare (I didn’t complain), but the manager was on top of it. He apologized and even gave me a discount. It boggles my mind why more people don’t eat here.

My wife and I are kinda new to the Mooresville area and decided to check this place out. It was wonderful!! Our server Harmony was fantastic! She was friendly and got our order to us surprisingly fast. It came correct and taste was great. Will definitely be back soon.

I stopped in on a Monday evening and happened to get lucky on the "Drive for 5" promotion. Essentially on a Monday after a NASCAR race if their Drivers place in the top 5 you get a Nachos for $5. Service was great probably because it was not crowded, Nachos were average at best, it was a medium size plate and had a few pieces of fried chicken bits. My wife had a salad and liked it. Beer specials were $3.00 for tap light beer. I'll give this place another try soon.

Casual comfortable dining at a good price with food and prices . Our waiter was probably the most professional kindest waiter We’ve had in quite a while . Food was hot and good and was plenty as well . Clean and not over crowed . Bang up job O’charleys

I have never felt so welcomed in a Restaurant before. From the moment we walked in Sue was smiling and talking with my kids- totally set the tone for our dining experience! Wonderful staff! This was much more than customer service- just good people taking care of other people! God Bless!

The food was great and Zac provided excellent service. The whole experience was ruined because it was freezing in there. Two customers wrapped beach towels around them and I had to go get a blanket out of the car. Had the temperature been realistic I would have rated it 5 stars. They only had a total of 5 tables to serve so I don't know why it had to be so cold.

We totally get that there are "off" days even at one of our most favorites places to dine but this actually makes the 3rd horrible experience in a row over the past 2 months and the last straw. We had an order delivered, 3 orders of chicken tenders and fries (from adult menu), 3 Bowls of Loaded Potatoe Soup, 2 slices of apple pie and 1 slice of chocolate pie. The chicken ranged from various stages of raw to burnt to a hard crispy rock served in an inconsistent amount in each box with a few mushy fries. The loaded potato soup was like a thick layer of burned canned cheese deeply embedded and covered in a layer of burned bacon that sat as a slow moving iceberg of hardened bacon cheese blob on top of the cold odd butternut squash colored nacho cheese consistency liquid. Thank goodness that only less than 1/4 cup of soup is now the apparent standard for "Bowl" size, because I can only imagine how terrifying more volume would have added. We didn't even dare to taste it. It all went straight into the garbage. I have had free samples larger than the slices of pie we received. At least we were spared the sadness of rock hard rolls that so many other friends have also recently complained about since they didn't even bother to send any at all.O'Charley's, spare yourself the time replying with the tired apology and "please contact us" response and put it towards actually finding a solution to the issues. I definitely do not need a free meal to try to make it right because honestly, you couldn't even pay me to eat whatever that was being served as food. We'll happily return as customers once you invest some time into fixing the problems.

The delta catfish was far from traditional delta catfish. It was little nuggets. Not very good tbh.They also were super stingy with the fries. All they give is a very small handful.The rolls were good but you have to pay extra for them compared to other places.All in all not really worth the money. I got delivery.
