We came to dinner Wednesday night as a pick me up date night. My husband ordered the wrong thing and didn’t like his steak. Manager Drew was super kind and understanding. He gave great recommendation and fixed my husband’s dinner. We were so thankful for the great service and had an amazing night! Best OutBack location ever. My family and I have been visiting this Outback since they opened, but I'm sorry to say that this Outback location can no longer be trusted to get your to-go orders correct. Four of our last five to-go orders were missing two or more items.With just a bowl of soup now costing $8, you might think they'd make sure all of your items are in your bag, but no. I'm absolutely certain they'd notice if you forgot to pay for two items in your order, but care little about your paid items making it into your order.We have a lot of great memories with our kids at this Outback, but we'll be driving to the other side of town for all of our future family steak dinners.
