staff is incredibly rude and unfriendly. would not recommend. I will not be returning, and neither will any of other member of my party of 12.

As a career server, I value good service, and initially, the bartenders and hostesses here impressed me with their friendliness. However, interactions with other staff members were disappointingly rude, tarnishing the overall experience for my party. We won't be returning due to the unprofessional behavior witnessed.

I really enjoy this place. I like to sample different beers and ciders without judgment. The few times I have been here the staff have been amazing. I don’t think this place could run without Kiersten.

Their new marketing and customer service strategy is to reply to reviews in a passive-aggressive and sarcastic tone and not admit to any faults. I understand that many customers can be “Karens.” But you must self-reflect and not flip it around on the customer each time. Many reviews try to help you improve your business because they like going there but want to make suggestions. This is a poor way to handle feedback and is disappointing.

Very nice place. No food made there, uses food trucks, and you pour your own drinks.

I think that the place would be a great space for a restaurant and not a "serve as you go" type of place. Wasted space for its potential. I don't get the whole tipping-on-serving-yourself vibe either. Very odd. So, I'm forced to tip on pouring myself a beverage?

The staff was really cool about it. But every single one of my pores came out foamy from the Lagers.Aside from that. It was a great place. Really good.

This past weekend, I visited the establishment. The hostess was pleasant enough, but her presence was scarce during our time there. My friend and I opted for two half pours and two glasses of wine. As it was my treat, I absentmindedly left without settling the bill with cards, assuming a standard 15% tip would be added. To my surprise, they included a hefty 50% tip along with an additional $5 for each card. This left me perplexed and dissatisfied. On a different note, my tipping habits are typically based on the service I receive—be it someone attending to me, preparing a latte, pouring my beer, or delivering my food. The concept of tipping for a service that didn't transpire felt foreign to me. Perhaps implementing a self-checkout payment system would be a more suitable solution, allowing patrons to tip according to their satisfaction. While I appreciate the convenience of such establishments, the current trend of "going out" seems to deviate from the traditional dining experience. I, for one, find myself disenchanted with this new approach and have decided not to return.

Went there this past Sunday for the first time and I will not return. The hostess had a really bad attitude. The wine was not very good. And to top it off they put a 15% tip on the card they gave me that was tied to my credit card without my permission. I call that stealing. I never put my drink card in one of their tip buckets. I took it home with me.

My type of FLOW...the rooftop is cozy. The selection of beers, wines, coffees, and teas are top-notch. Just be mindful of how much you pour. It's priced by the ounce(oz) and can add up quickly.
