Possibly the worst service I ever seen in a restaurant. Waitresses would be a better fit at Burger King than a place that works on tips.

Wowww!! This is a must!!! Amazing food and service! The owner Ubi (spelling??) is an amazingly kind and generous person!! He shared so much about their authentic cooking and let us sample everything. Truly the best birria tacos and so much more!! Soups, stewed and grilled chicken with poblano cream sauce was superb! Highly recommend!

Sorry to say this place was not good. Refried black beans were runny like soup. Asada meat was flavorful but burnt to a crisp. Chicken and the chicken quesadilla just was foul. Service was okay atmosphere was bad The restaurant was kind of dirty.

Great food and great concept. They run a side serving station where you can order multiple proteins by the lbs for take out service or catering a family get together. Really good selection and the food is fresh and tasty. You can do the service station for in house eating or order off the traditional menu. Good prices as well. Friendly service and bright atmosphere.

The owner greeted us and encouraged us to forget the menu and visually see all the prepared food. We did both, ordering off the menu and picking the food off the cafeteria style setup. Everything was delicious and the owner and staff could not have been nicer! Highly, highly recommend this place! Very Authentic!

I love this place. My co workers and I eat here at least 3-4 times a week.I'm addicted to the food.
When I don't want to cook my family eats from here too.

Cool atmosphere, they had the place all decorated for Dia de Los Muertos. Unfortunately, the food was not great. The birria tacos were good, but the salsa, queso, rice and beans had literally no flavor. Not bad flavor, just no flavor. Pretty disappointing

Our second meal here at Pacheco’s. Everything is great and fresh. Had some tacos, guacamole, rice and beans. This is going to be our new favorite place in Mooresville

Is very difficult to find a place like this, the food taste like home made !
I will suggest tortilla soup , burritos and definitely the toasted tacos ❤️
The services is very good, I love that the servers are bilinguals.
