Wonderful bartender, great cocktails! We'll be back.
Mooresville… what the hell are you waiting for? This place is amazing. Food, incredible. Staff, super friendly. Atmosphere, very cool. It seems like the uptake is good but I’m surprised this place isn’t packed every night. Get in.

t’s not like me to leave reviews, but I felt a little deceived by the 4.8 stars when deciding to try Paloma for the first time. We went on a Saturday night and were surprised to see so many empty tables. From the moment we walked in, the vibe just felt off — the music was super loud and all over the place.
When I go to a nice restaurant, I don’t want to scan a QR code to order. I like holding a menu, seeing the design, and getting a feel for the place. The cocktails were fine, but the food was disappointing. The shishito peppers were the best thing we ordered. The Korean pork belly buns were just okay, and the chicken sandwich (which our waiter recommended) honestly tasted like something frozen and reheated. My wife got the pappardelle veneto and it had almost no flavor.
They did bring her a slice of cake for her birthday, which was kind, but the moment when the waiter and maybe the owner sang to her just felt awkward more than anything. I can appreciate the effort, but overall, the experience didn’t match the hype.

Brian served us and he was excellent. The food is amazing. If you get tired of your typical bacon and eggs breakfast and want a little twist in Americana, check this place out!
Pictured is the Chicken and Waffles. Yum!

The food was solid. Atmosphere ok, it’s hard to dial in. It’s casual dining with a high price tag. We got a hanger steak. $30 tasted good. Portion was tiny. Drink’s were good but $15 was a lot. $165 plus tip for two hanger steaks and a couple drinks was a lot. We left hungry. Due to the atmosphere and portions. The hanger steak should be $7 less the drinks $4 less. Can’t be casual dining with a fine restaurant price tag. Not a bad place just not gonna spend that kind of money there rather go to epic or Firebirds for the same money.

Stopped by for brunch with some friends on a Saturday. They weren’t very busy and the staff was very kind. We sat outside and they had a guitarist who was lovely. We had the deviled eggs and I had the chicken and waffles. I loved the taste and presentation of everything! We will be back for sure!

A nice spot that doesn't feel like it is in a strip mall. When you drive up it's hard to spot the sign and the restaurant is crammed between nail salons and frozen yogurt, but once you walk inside you are transported into a restaurant that could be located in a high rise in Charlotte. The service was nice and punctual, Brian (or Bryan?) at the bar was nice and got us our drinks quickly. The flatbread was good and it is only $10 on Mondays. Everyday except Friday and Saturday they have some kind of special. Food and drinks are on the higher end of Mooresville, but worth it for a special occasion.

Made reservations for a Friday night. It was pretty busy but we were seated right away. The steak special was worth the price!!! The NY strip was amazing, the mashed potatoes were perfect. Loved the Brussels and the drinks were strong! Def worth the splurge. Will be back.

Great spot! The decor is bright and welcoming. The food was outstanding. We had grilled carrots, saffron meatballs, and hot honey pepperoni flatbread, and the red blend wine. The staff members Christian was very attentive.

Paloma is my new favorite! The brussels are the best thing on the menu. The caprese has a delightful twist and the grilled bread brings it to another level. The tuna is another favorite. I hear the sandwiches are amazing, hope to try one soon. Staff is very friendly and the restaurant is very quaint. We will definitely be back again and again!

I have been to Paloma 5 times. The place is really lovely, the food is varied and well-prepared, and drinks are inventive and fun. The downside is that when busy the place is deafening. Everyone comments on the incredible din. I’m not normally bothered by loud places but this is excessive. Acoustic tiles are desperately needed to dampen the noise.

A great spot for brunch and dinner! Aesthetically vibes both inside and outside. They also have homemade dog treats with clean ingredients, which is so thoughtful!
I got the french toast with the nutella on the side!
The Lemonchello Cloud martini is soooo good. Should definitely try if you love lemon and cheesecake!
-the espresso martini is also great!
