Never ever go to that place! when you order takeaway check carefully, the second time half of the order is missing. For the money I spent I could have lunch in a restaurant. Terrible service!! 👎👎👎🤦🏼♀️

Extremely disappointed with my visit to the Panera Bread on 150 near Target. From the time we placed our order in the drive-thru, we waited at the window for almost 10 minutes—just for 2 sandwiches.
The croissant ham, egg, and cheese sandwich came out looking nothing like a croissant—more like a burrito. The Asiago sandwich I ordered with a bacon substitution was clearly not made fresh. It was obvious the sausage was removed and cold bacon was thrown on as an afterthought. The sandwich itself was cold, likely because it had been sitting during our long wait.
Overall, the food was poorly prepared, and the quality was nowhere near what I expect from Panera. Definitely won’t be returning to this location.

Absolutely horrible experience as usual, but we were starving and there was no line so we decided to grab breakfast.
I got the croissant with hollandaise sauce, egg, ham, cheese. And it was squished and made into like a taco/burrito. It was so cold.
My husband got the asiago, bacon, egg and cheese sandwich was the size of a peach. Squished and cold. The both of them in total cost over $14. Should’ve gone to Dunkin’ Donuts. Another reminder of why we don’t go to Panera. And we waited in line for 15 minutes for it. And there was nobody in the Parking lot or in the restaurant! We are about to go in and see if everything was OK. please do not go to this place, waste of money and time.
I get that some places are understaffed and they don’t have anybody , but damn just shut down. Don’t make this kind of crap and make people pay money for this kind of food.
And yes, I should’ve went in and complained and this and that but why would I make their lives more miserable than they already are clearly they don’t care about the food they make.

Worst experience ever at this place. The soup sat on the counter for 4.36 minutes. Yes I timed it. I put my finger on it to show them it wasn't warm. The young man put it in the microwave. Handed it back and said sorry the cheese melted and the croutons are a little soggy. And walked off. And the bowl was only half full!

I'm not sure why, but I sat in the drive thru for 5 min with my elderly mom and talked into the intercom to get service but no one responded even though I saw three workers inside when I chose to pull up to the window. Others were enjoying food inside, but there wasn't even a sign saying the drive thru was closed. I guess just lazy workers. Typical nowadays.
Worst Panera ever! They always take forever, we’re talking 15-20min+ and inevitably they mess up the order or on multiple occasions like tonight, take my order and then after waiting for 20 minutes to get to the window they let me know they are out of the food I ordered. I normally like Panera but this is why I typically avoid this location specifically and officially won’t go back .
This morning I went to Panera for a bagel and a coffee. It took 20 minutes for them to take a bagel off the shelf and put it in a bag with the cream cheese and hand it to me. The coffee had so many granules in it. It was insane. I got back to my car. The bagel wasn't cut in half. It wasn't toasted. It was cold. There was no knife in there. I had to run back in there and get a knife so I can eat the bagel and the customer service was wasn't there there was no customer service. No one spoke when I came in. I saw two people when I came in one of them looked right at me and didn't say anything and haven't laughed, and I went back to what they were doing. Never offered to ask me if I needed anything.

So I went to this location with my partner and my service animal because I am a Veteran with a registered service dog. There was no problem as far as barking, untamable, or disruptive. The management team continued to make comments and making us feel VERY uncomfortable. We couldn’t enjoy our cold food, or soggy sandwiches. One of the kids walked back and forth in the lobby yelling “there’s a dog in the cafe!?!?! Na there’s a dog in the cafe?!? “ Mean while, coming from the kitchen, he didn’t have a hair net or hat on his unprofessional very sloppy hair cut. He also sat for about 20 minutes with his loud friends. The tables were dirty and also the seats had foots prints. Just over all horrible experience and I’d never go back. I really want a refund for how cold the food was .

The workers were rude just staring and whispering making smart comments and made me and my partner feel uncomfortable by staring at us while we tried to enjoy our meal which we couldn’t because of the rude behavior especially the woman who’s supposed to be a supervisor manager or whatever working in the back. Will not be returning to this location these people stare at you and talk about you.

Store went through some rough times with a lack of people and some that weren't too energetic in the past. Amy, who works in the back has helped us the past several times and she's been terrific. She's a hard worker, you can watch her moving around back there and she's also friendly. Overall it appears your new staff is doing much better than some previous ones. And the store is cleaner.

No Diet Coke, no broccoli cheddar soup, no clean tables…
You order a plate of food (Greek yogurt bowl with Strawberries and Blueberries) and they deliver it to you without Strawberries because there simply aren't THERE. And they don't even ask for excuses (it's easy if they have an incomplete plate because it's not offered).

This location was well understaffed. The management team did not even have the tables cleaned with hardly any customers. Management needs to take a look at what they're doing with that facility.
