Maybe I expected too much. But definitely not up to the ratings I read.My drink was in same size container as my wife, although I ordered the largest drink. And it was lukewarm. Wife's coffee was lukewarm, and pastry not what she ordered.The pastry was mediocre. The server acted like she was doing us a favor to bring the things to the table as we were going to sit and enjoy it.Really disappointing and especially with the higher cost.

Ordered a birthday cake that was divine! Oreo with creme icing.
Wonderful breakfast spot. Hubby and I stopped by on a Sunday morning. Our tasty omelettes (Spinach and mushrooms witg egg whites and the Western), fresh fruit, and large lattes were complemented with delightfully cheery and attentive service.

I’ve never seen such an unorganized business at work! Ordered two coffees, then after waiting 14 minutes was told they forgot to make them! It was not busy at all, and the customer service was horrible! Would hope they go out of business soon to make way for a better business to move in!

I rarely leave reviews unless deserved. Terrible customer service…not a care in the world. We simply ordered 2 cups of coffee, one of them iced. SIX employees and you ALL forgot our order, cafe was not even busy. When I heard the coffee beans being poured into the coffee machine I should’ve known you were not prepared for your day. We still waited patiently, then…after asking where our coffee was, your barista had to be told to start our orders. Not a first good impression…and will not be back.

Food was decent but received what looked like 2 pieces of pita bread cut up into smaller pieces with our hummus app (pita bread was amazing though), a tiny little cup for ice water, and was expected to pay the bill without a receipt. Our waitress brought the receipt when I asked, but I thought that was odd.
Good food, it gets cold though within 5 minutes because they keep the inside temperature at like 50 degrees. Bring your parka!
