I came in with my coworkers on our way to view our field trip area. The floor was sticky, the walls were dirty but I could look pass that. It was their customer service that I cant look pass, we didnt get any utensils and when we asked for one, they gave us one that was already on the table and even with that it was just fork and only 3( there was 4 of us) so we asked them again but was met with unpleasant emotion. After we finished eating, we asked for the receipt but our server was no where to be found so we asked another server for it and was met with mean response. After we get our receipt and was about to leave, three of the servers were standing and talking about us while laughing. But they were very nice and friendly toward their white customers so maybe it was a racism thing or just bad customer service.

Don’t know if this is the same owners of years passed but the inside of this place could use a good cleaning .The air vents in sealing full of dust walls were dirty looking like someone had been smoking in there for years . The restrooms need a good upgrade , Handicap rail was laying in floor .Just needs an all out good cleaning ..

While the staff is amazing, the restaurant is NOT clean. Health inspector recently visited and found roaches in the kitchen along with the excessive build up on everything! Information is online for public view, so I’d suggest you read their inspection violations on your own.

Ordered seafood fried rice and it wasn’t very good. Was missing shrimp but they gave me extra calamari. Just wish the server would have communicated that to me. Restaurant wasn’t very clean either. The server was very nice, but that didn’t help the food. Don’t think I’m going back there.

It is located in a strip mall with lots of parking. Love the combination of Japanese, sushi and Tempura cooking. Service is always fast and friendly. Menu offers a wide selection, and they are willing to customise to your request. The kitchen is open style, and aromas and oil fragrances abound. There is plenty of room for groups.

I am very particular about how my Thia fried rice should taste. The Phoenix does it rice, umm, I mean right! If your in the mood for fried rice, this is a must! Thanks guys!!

Phoenix is one of my favorite go to restaurants. I get the same thing every time I go. Hibachi steak and shrimp combo comes with soup or salad. I get the salad with the ginger dressing. I get a California sushi roll and a kettle of hot tea. Perfection every time.

Really poor experience today at Phoenix which has historically been great. Incredible slow service, good was undercooked (tempura veggies were hard, chewy, and cold on the inside). Original server never returned to our table after taking our order except to pick up the check. Someone else brought the food. A person who appeared to be the bartender brought us the check. We were never brought oranges, asked if we wanted anything else, or brought dessert.

Restaurant was relatively empty at the time so they weren’t busy, just didn’t really give a shit we were there.

Best asian place in LKN area so far, love the variety, staff is always great, typically seated promptly

Dietary restrictions: I have zero issue finding plenty I can have with Alpha Gal and the staff is always accommodating
