Food overpriced and VERY bland. We found hair in the food and instead of giving a refund for the whole plate they only gave a refund for the homefries the hair was found in. Also the workers are so rude. I do not recommend spending your hard earned money here.

To get straight to the point, we were recommended this place and I don’t go just anywhere to eat so I chose not to eat there when the young lady answered the phone it was off from that point on so no I would never recommend this place to anyone first and foremost The way the young lady answered the phone was a throw off. We ordered our food food, bland, and unseasoned and my kids said it was my niece had ham that taste like vinegar it back and she said the food just did not taste right. My son ordered some type of steak and gravy and biscuits , he said it was not seasoning. It taste bland, but my kids have been taught to eat what you asked for so as he got further into his potatoes, he found a long strand of hair that was fried into his potatoes so I called the restaurant and told them what we found , and some lady older lady answered the phone and she was very disrespectful and very nasty and rude. She said to me didn’t you just bring a few things back? I said no I did not. I said we bought one thing back. I said why do that matter if I’m telling you hair was in my food me nor my sons or my niece have long hair so she was very upset about us bringing that back. I told her I will bring the food back to her then she called me back again. It was telling me to bring the food back. I said I told you I would bring the food back to you so I brought the food back to her. She wanted to see the hair, so in the middle of me trying to show her the hair because I didn’t wanna look at it because it was disgusting. The food fell on the floor her back and started saying some stuff out her mouth to some guy and other people standing in the corner and so she gave me three dollars back and some change for the potatoes, which I’m sure the side probably cost more than that. I really have not looked into it but the whole point of you being nasty disrespectful , and getting angry because your customers aren’t satisfied with your nasty food I would not go there. I would never recommend them to anyone. Stay home and cook something. I’m teaching my kids every day and they like to learn the hard way by the way are young adults.

Omg… gross!!!!! I order scrambled eggs with two patty sausages and one waffle.
Scramble eggs were wet not cooked all the way the waffle…. I was not sure if the battered was not prepped all the way or there was sugar put in the waffle as it was extremely extremely sweet!!!!!!
After we checked out, I asked the waitress what is in the waffle batter it’s thick and crunchy taste super sweet… ? She said we put thick crystal sugars in it and that’s what you’re tasting.. crunchy fake pieces of sugar !!!! Omg!!! Mother of Sweets!!!????
This is why I took two bites and left the entire waffle to the side. Absolutely disgusting so so sweet. You could not eat it. Bites of sugar crystals absolutely gross. And if You’re gonna put maple sugar on top of it because you were not aware that it had crystal shore in the battered… Absolutely disgusting we don’t need extra sugar in our breakfast meals, that is disgusting!! They taste the worst. Do not order this… this place wasYou the waitress was not even checking on us, our food took over 30 minutes to come out, my cuppa coffee was gone. I need a new one 10 minutes before she checked in on us terrible!!!!!

Picniks has become my go to place for breakfast and lunch. Came here today, Mother's Day, and the owner - again - showed her attention to detail by offering a rose to Mothers at the end of their breakfast. It sure put a smile on this customer's face. The service was as delightful as it always is. The customer next to me remarked that they have tried various places for their Sunday morning breakfast and they always return to Picniks. Have not tried this place yet? You are missing out on a very pleasant experience.
