The soy sauce was so watered down it had no flavor so my sushi tasted like it was dipped in water.

First time visiting this restaurant and upon walking in, I got some mixed vibes. Personally, I feel like it's lacking identity and the names of the food items on the menu are a bit inappropriate for families with kids (in my opinion). Right when you walk in there was an acoustic artists playing live music and what looked like a nice bar. Then as you enter the restaurant side it did not have much for decoration on the wall. The sounds bounced in the walls so every time someone dropped a dish or glass it was really loud. Service - our waiter was absolutely awesome. He was super attentive, offered some suggestions when I asked questions and helped us pick a Saki. He was on point. Apps came out quick but the main dish took a long time. Food - excellent! The spicy edamame might be the sexiest looking app but loved the sauce. The rice cakes were perfectly crispy. And both sushi rolls... awesome! So the golden scalloped threesome is expensive but soooo good. It's like getting two sushi rolls in one and was super filling. You can see how tall it is compared to the regular sushi roll on the picture. I high recommend. Overall the experience wasn't bad and the food was pretty good. We'd give it another go when in the area!

This is our go to joint for sushi in Mooresville! However, I do not eat sushi, the hibachi is fantastic. Definitely high-quality meats, and the rice is always perfectly cooked! You have to try the spicy edamame. The restaurant is really nice with plenty of comfortable seating and great decoration. The service is fast and friendly. I would recommend if you go for lunch and want hibachi you order the dinner portion. The $15 lunch portion of protein could not possibly be more than 4 ounces. Honestly, because of the portion size this would be a three or four star review if my family didn't love the sushi as much as they do. Highly recommend if you like sushi. Do not recommend lunch portions of the hibachi.

I LOVE sushi. Ever since I was a kid, it's been my favorite food by far. By random chance I stopped at the shopping block that Pisces was on and I was a bit hungry.Staff were extremely kind and friendly, and the food was amazing. A bit on the pricey side but well worth it. Not an every day visit deal, but definitely a spot to come to if you're a seafood lover

We went once, service was horrible. Went back for a 2nd shot and no improvement. The food wasn't great either. Not at all impressed.

To preface this, I am not one to write a review, but my experience was so sub par, I felt like I had to . I used to love eating at Pisces LKN, but had to move away for several years. Naturally, I was excited to revisit my favorite sushi spot after moving back, and it did NOT live up to expectation. Red flag: they didn't have enough menus for all the tables. They still have QR codes, no public WiFI,and cell service is horrible inside, making loading the QR code obnoxious. My wife and I ordered: Apps: Pork Gyoza and bacon wrapped scallops Sushi: Rainbow Roll (upon suggest) Entrees: Her: Hibachi Filet w/ garlic Noodles Me: Hibachi Chicken w/ garlic noodles Our entrees came out first. This was issue number one. The server apologized when I told him we never received our apps, saying he totally forgot to ring them in. No problem. Shit happens. We began eating our entrees. Hers was perfect, mine had great flavor, but the chicken was inedible. It was so overcooked, I had to use a knife to cut it. It was dry and chewy. I think I ate 2 pieces and left the rest on the plat, consuming my meal as a vegetarian dish. The apps finally came out halfway through the entrees, and so did the sushi roll. The gyoza were mediocre at best. They looked nice, had a great sear on the bottom, but the flavor was mediocre, and the filling was unpleasantly mushy. We each had one, but didn't finish the dish. The bacon wrapped scallops were so chewy I think they would've rivaled a bouncy ball. I finished these because despite the horrifying texture, they actually tasted pretty good. The sushi roll looked beautiful. That's about it. It didn't taste bad...but it was bland. The fish honestly tasted like it was flash frozen, and they defrosted it in water, pulling any natural flavor out of the meat. The rice was bland. The crab salad inside was bland. After all that, my bill was $127, there was never an offer to remove my apps. Never a visit from a manger. Not being one to cause a scene, I just paid my bill and left. Super disappointed.

Best selection and highest quality of sushi I've had in NC. Excellent choices from the bar as well. Kensie the bartender knows her craft. I can't wait to visit again.

We tried to give this place another chance after staying away for many months. As usual, from the get go it was awful. The girl that works the front area is so blah....zero personality. We get seated and wait for 10 minutes before someone comes to greet us. Just to be clear, they weren't crowded. The waitress comes and takes our drink orders and we wait another 10 minutes before deciding to bail and go to one of the other fabulous restaurants that Moorseville has to offer. Not worth the wait or the trip to this crappy restaurant. If you want a less than friendly greeting, sticky tables, horrible wait times, and mediocre food this is your place. Otherwise, don't waste your time.

Loved the atmosphere and the service was very good. What I didn’t like was ground tuna inside of a sushi roll. I’ve never seen that before and couldn’t stomach the texture. I asked the server and he said it was because it was spicy tuna. I also wasn’t a fan of plastic chopsticks. The dumplings were great!

Appetizers (land) and sushi were awesome. Had a 6:30 reservation and was seated upon arrival. Service was top notch. Loved the hide away booth! Definitely will be back.

By far, way better than any other sushi restaurants in Mooresville/Huntersville/etc. Too many restaurants with poor knife skills thinking the value is on large slabs of fish, Pisces is better than that.Fish is fresh, knife skills are good on sashimi/nigiri and they have good rotating sushi specials.

We eat here a lot and it’s very good. It is the best in Mooresville for hibachi in my opinion. They have spicy edamame that is out of this world when they make it right. Sometimes they don’t steam it enough and it’s a disappointment. Another thing that’s super good here is the spicy
