March 24th my first time ordering Pizza Hut ever in the state of North Carolina I've been here since 2013 and I called and they told me they're closed it's only 9:00 it's a Monday online says they don't online says they don't close till 11:00 I asked why they said they short staff Don't nobody want to work no more I'm 36 years old and I remember when I was 15 16 even in my twenties working in pizzerias if we were short staff we just had to bust our butts but I guess this generation try to look for a way out of work if you're short-staffed then what are you doing answering the phone and on the clock at 9:00 so you're just going to sit and get paid to do nothing Total BS I should call Pizza Hut corporate and let him know
I ordered online today at 2:30pm. The website said it would be ready in about 15 minutes. I waited until the tracker said it was ready before I left my house. I get to the store and the doors are locked with the lights off inside. I tried to call the store and got sent to the call center. Call center said the store should be open...but it's not. Not sure what's going on with this location. The last time I ordered, the food was just ok...

Spent almost 18.00 today for a pizza and some breadsticks. One order of the breadsticks I opened up when I got home later that day and literally had no seasoning on top. If I can post a photo I'm going to. If someone else dated these companies just don't care anymore. You get what they decide to give and not what you ordered. The pizza was pretty nasty and greasy. I will give some props because at least one order of the breadsticks were pretty good but pretty much for my $18 order that's all I got is one order of breadsticks that was good. By the way whoever owns this you run a crap pole. This is the second time within 6 months that I walked in there and someone's been sitting in a chair on their phone. If you can't find valuable people that will take the job seriously then maybe you should pay more money and get people that will. I'm Beyond done with eating out anymore

This right here is how you lose customers. I’ll pay the extra couple bucks to go to Papa John’s or somewhere else where they don’t try to charge you $3 for a couple extra marinas, just so everyone in your family has a tiny cup each to dip their breadsticks in. If I order breadsticks I should not be having to pay for 3 measly sauces. I’ve never had another pizza place try to charge you once you’ve paid for a couple marinaras, unless you’re just ordering an insane amount. It’s little ridiculous things like that which will ruin a customers experience and make them not want to come back. Case in point. Just the fact you get one tiny sauce to dip 6 breadsticks in to begin with, which at 2/piece you have to share one little cup and not even remotely logical and clearly not enough, is a little crazy but to then charge practically $3 for a couple extra cups on something that doesn’t actually cost you anything in the grand scheme is wild, especially when a customer voices that and to still nickel and dime over that? You definitely lost a customer at this location over $3 when I would have spent much more than that over time.

The employees are always very nice here! The pizza is not always very consistent though. Some days it's the best pizza ever, and some days it's... well, disappointing to say the least. The building itself is dark and dank, and the ceiling is filthy. I shudder to think what lurks above those ceiling tiles, especially considering how stained they are. This location is probably over 20 years old, and it looks like it hasn't ever seen a refresh since it was first built.
Parking: It's a typical Food Lion shopping center, with multiple adjacent businesses. The parking lot is plenty large enough for all the businesses, and I have never seen it full. There is a BP gas station in the parking lot as well, with one Freewire EV charger with two handles, though I don't know what the charging rate is.
Wheelchair accessibility: The location is wheelchair accessible, and there are multiple handicap parking spaces nearby. You can also order ahead and do curbside pickup if you pay online or over the phone.

Food was delicious but most importantly good customer service is rare these days. I spoke with a gentleman over the phone because I was having trouble with the Pizza Hut app. Even though he wasn’t able to help me with the app, he apologized for the inconvenience and told me to refresh the app a couple times to see if it would help. I know this may seem little to some but it meant a lot to me. Keep up the good work Pizza Hut!!

I waited over 30 mins for an order just to be told it couldn’t be found. When i stated that it was kind of wild to wait for 30 mins to be told you can’t find it …. The manager proceeded to argue with me about her working on her day off and being short staffed. Being short staffed is one thing but when I’ve waited for over 30 mins and every other yt customer walked out and was helped while i sat and waited for them to finally circle back to me. It’s ridiculous. Don’t be upset with me about being short staffed out of product and working in your day off. Also the employee i commented on was her daughter so she’s bias. Super rude. Baby if you don’t have customer service skills don’t bring it to fast food/hospitality.

The food was cold when I received it. After taking a few bites, I realized it wasn't fully cooked and had to stick it in the oven to finish cooking it. But on a good note, the delivery person put it right where I wanted it.

I called multiple times and I get put on hold. I have now been on hold for 15 minutes. I went to redeem my free pizza and the code doesn't work.... Why are we not able to call the store directly? This is not the best experience, and this is hard for me, I love Pizza Hut!
