I waited over 30 mins for an order just to be told it couldn’t be found. When i stated that it was kind of wild to wait for 30 mins to be told you can’t find it …. The manager proceeded to argue with me about her working on her day off and being short staffed. Being short staffed is one thing but when I’ve waited for over 30 mins and every other yt customer walked out and was helped while i sat and waited for them to finally circle back to me. It’s ridiculous. Don’t be upset with me about being short staffed out of product and working in your day off. Also the employee i commented on was her daughter so she’s bias. Super rude. Baby if you don’t have customer service skills don’t bring it to fast food/hospitality.

The food was cold when I received it. After taking a few bites, I realized it wasn't fully cooked and had to stick it in the oven to finish cooking it. But on a good note, the delivery person put it right where I wanted it.

I called multiple times and I get put on hold. I have now been on hold for 15 minutes. I went to redeem my free pizza and the code doesn't work.... Why are we not able to call the store directly? This is not the best experience, and this is hard for me, I love Pizza Hut!

i ordered through doordash around 11 and yes i understand it was somewhat late but the quality of my food was a joke honestly. i’m normally not one to complain but the pizza was somewhat okay and the cinnamon rolls were so underdone they weren’t even edible.

Triaged my order to door dash and decided not to call to tell me delivered driver would be over an hour late. Also that they needed cash. No phone call/ nothing. Terrible customer service and it effected kids so they got no school lunch today.

I order extra sauce on my pizza and they have never once gotten it right on the first try.
Ordering was easy, service was good. The food was disgusting. The cinnamon rolls were hard and had no icing. The breadsticks looked and tasted like they were made at 11am and I picked them up at 3:30. The pizza was SUPPOSED to be one with extra sauce, one with extra cheese. They looked exactly the same, dry, and hardly any cheese. It also tasted like it was dough from a day or two before. It was probably the worst quality i have had at this location and will not be ordering again anytime soon.
