This is the second time I have ordered catering for my team's quarterly meeting and each time has been a great experience. The process has been very easy and smooth each time. The food has always been delivered on time and has been hot and delicious.

Cost has gone up in the past few years, but every restaurant I've been to has. Crew is okay, friendly and helpful; do notice they're on their phones a lot in the evenings though. Morning shift seems to keep a little more busy. Food is good and I love that it's fresh everyday. Love the queso. The building is older, could probably use a remodel or facelift, but they keep it clean and neat when it isn't busy. It is not authentic mexican, but it's good as a fast-food places go.

The employees can't read. It's actually insane how often they get your order wrong. Almost like that's their job, rather than just doing it right. An absolute joke of a business and the owner should be ashamed.

The tortilla chips are FABULOUS! Light and crisp and lightly seasoned and very enjoyable. The plant based chorizo crumbles are very tasty as well. The owner was there helping with my questions and he was very friendly. Great spot for a fast and delicious lunch!
Yesterday I went with my aunt and mom. I have celiac which means I can't eat gluten. There was such a nice man named nick behind the counter who was the only one working who made sure everything was clean and separate and changed his gloves 5+ times while making my food to ensure I don't get sick. He was so nice and during the time he was making our food, he told us that he wasn't trained in allergens when they gave him the job or anything. For not knowing what to do, he did everything so well and was so attentive. We got 3 bowls (1 allergy safe one), 2 bags of chips with guacamole and queso, and a burrito and he did excellent. We would come back for the service alone.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free friendly

I have always had good experience in the past with Salsaritas but This one is poorly run. Food is stale, including the non crunchy chips. The restaurant is not kept clean, trash piling, no napkins. Poor customer service. I really hope that owners take notice before more customers do.
