Shoals Bar & Grill

A friend and I drove an hour to go see a band called Kottonmouth last night. The owner was there and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! He was VERY RUDE to the band and some customers. I will NEVER go back there and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else going either!!!

We got the ribeye and best steak I’ve had in a long time. Our server Peggy was very friendly and attentive!

Sadly disappointed. A poor excuse for a Ruben sandwich... and when I mentioned it to the server it apparently fell on deaf ears until I asked if I was being charged full price for a less than desirable meal. I was told how sorry she felt. That is NOT acceptable. Sorry but I can't understand how a business can operate like that. We use to enjoy Shoals. Not so now.

Sadly the food quality has gone way down hill. Used to be very good. I ordered the corned beef and cabbage special and the corned beef and potatoes came out cold. Sent it back for them to only microwave it. If i wanted a microwaved meal, I could have done that at home. Other person in my party ordered the cheesesteak and it was very chewy. Wait staff was nice, too bad the food was horrid.

This is the second year we hosted our neighborhood holiday party at Shoals Grill. They have updated the private party room which was a nice surprise. We had a group of 50 people and the service and food was great. Andrew, the event manager, and our bartender were very accommodating and responsive to our needs. We look forward to hosting our party again there in 2025.

The Food here is absolutely Fantastic!! Me and my wife started off with the Calamari with balsamic glaze and it was so freaking good. My wife ordered a Ribye steak that was cooked perfect and was absolutely Delicious!!! I ordered the food truck burger and it was Amazing!! Our waitress Miranda was so nice and really helpful in helping us figure out what we wanted. She is really on top of her game. I highly recommend this place because you will leave very Happy and pleased.

I have not been to shoals for quite a while. We were not impressed, and we were told they had remodeled and changed things. Went back for lunch, and it had been updated.
It was very neat and clean and much brighter inside. Unfortunately, our lunch was not that great. The food does not stand out in the flavor, and taste is just not there. I'm sorry to say.

Prices have sky rocketed and the bar doesn't seem to have a cohesive theme. Are you an over priced restaraunt, are you a sports bar, a music venue??? No one knows.

Get drink prices under control. $8.00 for Aristrocrat is insane and then you slap a 3.5 percent fee if you use a credit/debit card. Those costs should have been included in food cost increases. No one wants to be nickel and dimed to death. Bottom line.... I can buy a 1.75 of nasty Aristocrat for $11 dollars, yet you want 8.00 for an ounce and a half of it. This is Mooresville, not New York City.

The back room should be open for live music. With room to dance. Maybe consider adding pool tables and/or dart boards. Have a pool league and dart league night. So many options, but that space is just locked away and useless.

This is an amazing location and has enormous potential but needs management and something to do while your guests are there. Something other than massively overpaying for well drinks.

You have access to the best band in Mooresville, and their fans won't come out because they are crammed in the front room with nowhere to dance. That place used to be 4 deep around the front bar with the back room and bar open. It's just a shame.

I truly hope you are able to get it together. The locals miss having a fun place to go.

5 stars all the way around. Awesome staff awesome food. Must try. Had a farmhouse bar vibe. Plenty of tvs for football and other sports. Prices are very fare.

Peggy was absolutely amazing, on top of everything, always had our drinks full! the food was absolutely amazing, the calamari was the best we’ve ever had. along with the pastrami rueben!
