Coffee is pretty bad. It's on par w the cheap hotel coffee you get... Hampton Inn, etc. The difference is Hampton's is free vs this is not. I drink black coffee (and I've tried several different types -Columbian, French Roast, Honduran, etc) but maybe if you mix a bunch of stuff in it you wouldn't know the difference. They have a monopoly inside the building so I buy it but yikes it's not good.

Decent coffee and pastries. Decaf was a bit burnt but they were quick and friendly. Only wish they marked the decaf from the regular I nearly forgot once I got my drinks

Crappy, overpriced coffee and the specialty drinks are never consistent. Depending on the barista making your frappe, it will be creamy and well blended, or over-sweet with floating ice cubes... true story. Last time I ordered a frozen hot chocolate the barista served a very watery coffee with chocolate drizzle and ice cubes. And chai is terrible every single time. Glad we have other options within driving distance from work.

They charge you$3.00 for bagel or breakfast biscuit all a carte. Then have the nerve to charge you $,50 for a small pack of jelly or butter. Highway robbery for condiments. Plus your staff is RUDE

This Sky Mountain location is on the Lowes Corporate Campus and not open to the general public. Look for a location to open in Statesville in late 2018 for everyone.

This place is a joke. Coffee shouldn't even be called coffee. It should be called dirty brown pond water because that's what it tastes like! Came here for a conference... bad idea You would have thought in a huge lowes corporate they would have put a more decent coffee shop. People who work there daily say they only buy it when they have to. If they ever open up another location, I'm gonna keep driving.
