Doesn’t get any better than Smokey J’s. The jalapeño Mac is the best hands down. I am especially partial to the pork and the brisket. The flavor is rich and is just waiting to be appreciated.

I can even describe with words how good this BBQ is. Jayme did the catering for our wedding 5 years ago and it was unreal. We have been awaiting for him to open his restaurant and when he finally did it we had to try, and again, it has been the best BBQ we ever had. I tried Mac’s Speedshop, I tried Midwood but they dont come close. The brisket is cooked to perfection, not dry like most places but perfect inside with all the flavor and all the tenderness that is supposed to have. The bbq sause is fantastic.

Their Smoke Stack is my fave, but brisket is always a must try! And the jalapeno mac n" cheese is delicious!
Enjoyed a pulled pork plate with baked beans and greens. But for $12.00 hush puppies should be included rather than being one of your two sides. My server was courteous and attentive. Nice rustic decor.
Food wasn't the best. Portions we're good but quality was lacking.
