I absolutely LOOOOVE the smoothies from Smoothie King!!! Like I could live in them!!!
The staff are awesome!!! I am made to feel very welcome when I walk in with big, happy smiles and loud, warm greetings. Such a happy vibe.
I had a tough morning and wanted to treat myself to my regular, yummy smoothie, which I ordered online. When I walked in, my smoothie had been placed in the fridge. It was given to me when I walked in, after being welcomed with big, happy, warm greetings and smiles.
On my cup was written ‘Have a WONDERFUL day’ - I so needed this little kind gesture. This positive interaction made my heart smile. I held onto this kindness for the rest of the day. I went back in to thank the girls for their kindness and Cheyenne gave me a hug. I wish there were more people like this in the world, especially in the service industry!

We come to this location on a regular basis. It has had its ups and downs in the past, but the morning shift at this location is phenomenal…from the friendliest service to always delivering on a delicious and healthy smoothie after our gym session.

Cheyenne is the best person to happen to this location! Kind, greets you and is friendly!

My usual help is “I don’t know how the app works” and then I’m over charged. I’ve even reported the terrible service. No response.

Today the gal was SOO nice! I knew it must be Cheyenne! I asked her name and wa-la it was Cheyenne.

I recommend Cheyenne to train your team in customer service.

Great tasting smoothies! Friendly helpful staff. I appreciate when people give me my space and time to figure out what I want, and just as responsive to know when to jump back in to take my order. Very efficient and respectful. I didn’t get her name, but I appreciated how thorough she was.

Hello Allison, you know me and my husband Snake are regulars at your location. We came in today at 4:30pm, a lady took our order. You know we like the hulk with blueberries & peanut power + strawberry. The hulk came back pink. When we asked for it to be remade, the lady walked away without a word and grabbed Kirby/Korky (short with freckles) whom took the smoothie and threw it away without apology for incorrect smoothie. She had a nasty attitude as if this money being spent were hers. It was poor customer service and she called herself a manager which appeared to be a joke. Please have a conversation, that s is supposed this is supposed to be a profession nap environment. Thank you, we appreciate you!

Note: when you and your sister make our smoothies, they are always perfect but when others make it, it's never the same. Maybe more training will help.

Ordered from this location through DoorDash and there was no tampered proof seal on the top. Called the store (after the 3rd try someone finally picked up the phone but with an attitude) and the cashier/associate made it seem like it wasn’t a big issue that there was no tampered proof seal on the cup. I asked her why not just put the drink in a bag and staple the bag and put it in a carry out box. I also suggested that she ask her manager to go to the Walmart or a nearby store to pick up some tape for their DD customer’s tops for safety purposes. She begin to laugh and agree. I shouldn’t have to tell you how to run your business. If you see that you’re out of something (most important) then make provisions to get whatever is needed done. This store is incompetent and exemplifies zero care for their customer’s safety.

Used to be a regular but it’s gone downhill while getting more expensive. Got two different flavor smoothies and it’s clear the containers were not clean or something got messed up, we tossed both of them. Called and left message with staff for manager, no call back. Went to the SK website to share experience, no response. $22 literally down the drain.
