Used to be a regular but it’s gone downhill while getting more expensive. Got two different flavor smoothies and it’s clear the containers were not clean or something got messed up, we tossed both of them. Called and left message with staff for manager, no call back. Went to the SK website to share experience, no response. $22 literally down the drain.

I was hoping to be a Smoothie King customer tonight before closing. I called the location and the young lady told me they were closing in 5 minutes. I was around the corner so I made it there within a minute. I waited inside for about 2 minutes. I could hear someone that was in the restroom and someone was in the back. I patiently waited for a young blonde lady to come out and say that they were closed because they had packed everything up. This is 7:58. If you were closed then why not lock the door immediately after I had called. I still would have been upset but I at least would not have been to go inside. Poor customer service. I guess I need to find another Smoothie King or better yet just go to the local chain Palm Berries where customer service is king or your national competitor Tropical Smoothie Cafe..

Every time I visit Smoothie King here in Mooresville; I am usually satisfied with my overall experience. The employees are mostly very kind, attentive & friendly towards customers. I enjoy the smoothies & rarely have any issues with my order. I hope Smoothie King will continue to give great service to their customers.

Service is horrible! We arrived at the store at 3pm. After ordering , we waited & watched 4 people who came in after us get their orders before us. We then asked about our order & they had no idea what it was. There were 6 people behind the counter & no one was working on our order . After telling them our order for the 4th time , they said “we’ll print & get it out to you” . At this time, other customers are coming in & getting their order still before us. We asked for a refund & they refused. They called their manager on the phone & the manager argued with us about why we couldn’t get a refund . At this point we’ve been there for 30 minutes & still no drinks . When they finally make one of the drinks it’s the wrong size. The lady at the register wouldn’t give us her name, but she was very rude. & not to mention, we were the only African Americans in the store , so you can do the math there. Completely unacceptable!

Never again. I walked in no customers. Two young girls working. The one girl stood at the register. No acknowledgement of me. As I stood there waiting for her to take my order she walked away and started washing dishes. I said I guess I should just leave, she looked back and said ok. I don’t blame the girl, I blame whoever hired her.

3 times now making either the wrong smoothie or making it wrong. This last time it took 20 mins past pick up time to get it ready. I get everyone is understaffed, but hire and pay people more.
