Do not order a combo meal at this location. My advice is to avoid this restaurant in particular. We ordered 2 Combo meals from here and we're not charged for combos, we were charged each item separately. Meaning we paid more than what was advertised. Very bad business. Thumbs down. Hope they shut down soon. 100%

Not even worth one star! We sat in the drive thru for 30 mins at the speaker and was told to hold on. The slowest service is it’s even considered service at this point because everyone that pulls in here leaves after sitting here for 30+ minutes. There is obviously no management and if there is then they are horrible at their job.

Does this place even have a manager?Don't send ...or be a a door dasher there, unless you want to waste LOTS of time and money. Make you wait in line, this time they had to remake order because they gave is to someone else. And this isnt the first time weve had to wait too long as Door Dashers....and not when it was even busy. If they still used girls who knew how to skat maybe they wouldn't be so clueless.

They turned off the order tracker by marking it delivered and when I called to let them know I was still waiting they said "it will be ready when it's ready." just so rude. Still waiting. Still no food. Way overpriced.

So I just left sonic. I ordered two strawberry limeades with extra strawberries. I received two extra limeade drinks with a hint of strawberry. I told the employee & she gave a cup of strawberry to put in both of the cups & that did absolutely nothing. All I wanted was two strawberry limeade drinks & I received extra lime soda. More misses than hits at this sonic.

Avoid this place at all costs. I have no idea how it still exists. It we waited 45 minutes to get hot dogs for my daughter. The staff was dismissive and rude, with one employee becoming threatening and verbally aggressive. We felt our safety was in danger, so we decided to leave without ever receiving our order, which meant we lost our money. I've also edited my review to note that the customer service phone number provided below is out of service—another failure!

Just waited almost 10 minutes to get my order in through the drive thru after being the 2nd in line. Waited another half an hour and never got any food. Guy in front of me was still sitting there when I left, also had two cars behind me pull out the same time as well.

This place is slower than cold molasses. I came once when it was BUSY and got faster service. As I write this, it’s been me and two other patrons, and I’ve been here 30+ mins.
Unlikely to come back. This used to be a great location, one I’d look forward to going to but those days are long gone. Not the best customer service. Longest wait times. Time wasted that I will never get back.
Edit: Ok following up, got home and here’s my burger with all the fixings. Notice there are none….and the lettuce is rotted. Disgusting. Never coming back.
