If you order online, have a confirmation email with a confirmation number and paid for your food you should not have to wait an hour for them to locate your order and prepare it. Just true incompetence on display here.

Ordered ahead on the app for 2 sodas and a fry at 10pm with the order estimated to be ready in 6 minutes. Order was marked as completed significantly before we received the order and did not arrive to us for 23 minutes. We were the only customer in the parking lot.

Several time I have stopped by this location around 830 on my way to work to get a drink and they have not been open. Stopped yesterday same time and the lady said they just arrived and it work take 30 minutes to get everything up and running. So I left!! I know they are short handed but I feel they need the owner to come in and help get this place up and running accordingly. I work I customer service and we open at 9 we need to be there and ready for our customers at opening time. Sonic you are losing business for not being open and long wait times.

Took their chicken wrap off the menu. Only car in the drive thru and waited a solid 20+ minutes, waiting on a BURGER AND LEMONADE…. Don’t understand how it could take this long, with prob a lot only 3 other cars in the lot. Not impressed and won’t be back.

Very good. This sonic is the first i have ever been to and the drive in part is cool. I got a BLT and the oniok rings and both were good would definetely come again.

Wandering Bricklayer

Went back for a second time and there milkshakes are totally lacking in the flavor. They might as well just sell vanilla shakes.
I love sonic peanut butter shakes. But stopped here first day waiting 15 minutes and left. Came back a different day and my shakes had hardly any peanut butter in it was very disappointing also the burger was not as good as the one in Texas

Pack your patience if you plan on stopping here for food or drinks. I ordered 2 slush drinks and it took 25 minutes to get them. Other customers on either side of me decided to leave after waiting more than 30 minutes to get their orders. Too bad as the drive in experience could be fun.

I won't judge the understaffed part, but when we got there it was packed. Probably took a good 45 minutes between placing the order and getting the food. The (as far as I could tell) one waitress on was doing the best she could and was extremely nice, and the food was classic sonic.

I waited over an hour for my food, which I didn’t order a lot. They finally gave us our order after asking them two times. They gave our order wrong. Instead of a burger they gave me a burrito and didn’t give me my large tater tot.
