When customers go in to purchase items and all they hear is one of the workers complaining about working there and how they should just go work as a bartender in Charlotte then go work as a bartender! No one wants to hear it!

We are out of town and stopped by here for coffee and breakfast. Jessica was such a great worker. She had wonderful customer service and she was so cheerful. I'm so glad we stop by here!!

Ever since Jessica came in as manager for this location, it has gone absolutely downhill. I have been a regular here for a good while and I remember the old manager, Sarah. As a customer, I pay attention to the environment of the places I visit on the regular and lately, I can tell something has changed. There has been more than once where I have witnessed this new manager treat her employees with coldness as well as customers. It is definitely unfortunate to see this happening as it’s causing the quality of food and beverage to decrease significantly. Lately, I’ve started going to another location that is out of my way because I have not been enjoying my recent visits there. The team doesn’t interact much like they used to, nobody greets when you walk in, or let alone acknowledges your presence. The quality of your store and team depends on how you are as not only a manager but as a person. I can tell you that it seems this new manager is unfit for her role. This store is going to sink and I’ve already slowly made my way out of there as a regular because a place that treats their customers and employees like dirt, don’t deserve my business. I will be sharing this information with as many people as I can to avoid giving this terrible location business. Fix this Starbucks.

I walk in to pick up my drink and everyone who works there was arguing with each other. My empty cup just sitting there while they loudly fought. Super unprofessional. Then an already angry employee made my drink which was made very wrong and tasted awful.

I just want to say that the new manager as of 9-10-25 “Jessica “ has been a nightmare!!!!! I’ve been going there since 2015 and have never been treated so terrible!!!! I’m calling corporate and reporting her…. She is so rude and cold…. I spilled a drink and was cleaning it up ( as a customer) and when I went to wipe up under her table ( she was on her laptop on a netting I assume) she got super nasty and said she had already wiped it off her lap top… when I said oh I didn’t know it got on there I’m sorry she kept being nasty and said I know u didn’t know!!! I just stopped and looked at her like wow, what did I ever do to you??? And another day I was talking to an employee and she literally came up and asked us “what the problem was ?” Then another time I was talking to an employee she came up and said “go on break now” while we were just chit chatting briefly ….. she is always fussing at the workers and she has an icy demeanor towards customers…. She also kicked 3 regulars ( I was one of them) out from a table that she said she had “reserved “ which I’ve never heard of having a table reserved and there were other tables available … she is the opposite of what u expect and want in a store manager

I was able to take a moment out to enjoy the banana bread and a coffee frappuccino. Both were perfect. The store was clean and the staff polite. It wss nice to sit at a clean table and relax.

Once again this morning, I always get the oatmeal espresso. This one doesn’t taste good at all. They did this a few weeks ago. It was horrible and unfortunately I don’t have time to go back but when I pay eight dollars for a coffee, I expect to get what I pay for so I think I’m just done with Starbucks for a while
