This is a great location inside Target. Everything was quick and easy in here and service was friendly

Came in the evening of Thursday 8/15 and the app had a 2 for $10 deal. Female employee rang me up and after seeing the price as $16 I kindly asked about the app deal and was passed off with the response “sorry you needed to let me know you were doing that first” I haven’t paid yet so I know it could have been ran up again…I have never had this issue with other employees. She then proceeded to ring up the 2 for $10 deal to the people behind us in line. HIGHLY disappointed. Do better

This Starbucks always makes my Strawberry Açaí Refresher perfect! The employees are kind, and the service is fast and efficient. The only down side is no mobile order available, but they will still honor the deals in the Starbucks app if you ask.

4 people working today. I ordered 2 drinks and a target cake pop with the dogs head. Chocolate cream cold brew (added oat milk) and a strawberry lemonade. Got no oat milk and a regular cake pop instead of the puppy one that my daughter wanted so badly."Here's your chocolate whatever". As they handed it over the counter. We could already tell the order was wrong.I don't know how they messed up. It wasn't busy at all. Too busy talking to each other and not paying any attention I guess. Could have told me they were out of the puppy looking ones if that was the case.

Found out I got charged for a larger size than I wanted, and then, after further investigation and questioning, I found out that they up charged me for getting decaf. I was not told any of this nor was I given a receipt.. to add to it all, the Frappuccino tasted like water. The most expensive, and worst Frappuccino I have ever gotten. Getting a bad coffee is not the worst thing in the world, but I will not be wasting my money here again.
This location can NEVER make my drink right here lately, I stopped coming to the Mooresville location! And it seems the employee who took my order wanted to argue me on how I get my drink when I know d**m well how to order my drink I've been ordering
My child’s cake pop was stale. I ordered a frapp and was told no coffee frapp base so would have to use Expresso shot which was fine but they charged me extra for the substitution. My drink was warm and watery not blended with enough ice. Worst drink Iv ever had.

Discrimination is concerned. We were in the line first. But Tony, the cash register greeted the White customer behind us and rang them first. When I questioned him, he walked away acting like he didn’t hear what I was talking. That is not how Asian customers or customers with color should be treated at Starbucks coffee.
Place looks good, I enjoyed the experience of my coffee being made and was fast enough.
Coffee is normally good but was watered down yesterday. I didn’t taste it before I left
I ordered a specialty latte. Paid extra for almond milk. I got a watered down sugar drink
