We ordered Mocha Frappes and they were watery and so full of chocolate, we had to throw them away. Starbucks needs to train these kids much better than they do. Especially when $15.00 is the cost of two of these drinks. Don’t go there and expect your drink to be right.

Located inside the Harris Teeter, it’s great to have an easy coffee option in this part of town, but…it was hard to find anyone who was working the counter (though it was open). The store manager kindly paged someone, who was then apologetic for not being there. Coffee drink was fine…though had to explain it to the barista (it was an au lait, so not overly complicated…but maybe not something ordered often at this location).

This was my first time in this Starbucks location. I was pleased to find it not very busy and my coffee and snack were ready for me pretty fast. I wanted to write this review because the guy who made my coffee, Matthew, was hilarious. Awesome energy and such a pleasant unexpected transaction. We need more people like Matthew. Made my day!

The absolute WORST!!! The employees at this Starbucks have ZERO customer service skills. If you stop in for a coffee/treat/cup of water here, be sure to anticipate at least a 10 minute wait... (even if there isn't a single person in front of you). They almost deliberately intentionally make an effort to move as SLOWLY as humanly possible. If there are even 2 people in line, LEAVE, trust me. Multi tasking is a concept that they have never even heard of. No smile, no hello, just rude, slow and ineffixient
