Good coffee, good staff!

Two things about this location is very disappointing. 1-product availability is lacking. Running out of product, especially coffee to make drinks is critical to have on hand. This happens frequently. 2-the employees who staff the shop have poor customer service skills. Eye contact and a smile go a long way. Also, the shop frequently closes at random times earlier than stated.

Decent Starbucks, know what they’re doing. Better than some standalone stores

Just left with my daughter and the young woman Laila was the only one working, making drinks and taking orders and not only did she keep a positive attitude she went out of her way to make my daughter feel special. She made our day

The women, Luanne, who took my order was talking to other people as she took my order and I had to repeat myself and she still wrote it on the cup wrong. When she made my drink she made it wrong and still put whip cream on it when it said no whip cream on the cup. And when I told her she I should have ordered a different drink if I didn't won't whip cream when I proceeded to tell her it was the wrong drink she continued with and attitude and said now what's wrong. I'm not the type to complain but there was no need to be rude

This instore Harris Teeter Starbucks has the most rude, mean manger. She berates employees in front of customers calling them stupid and more. Her service is awful and she does not provide a good tasting simple latte even because they are shorting the pumps of syrup. She never follows/followed the COVID mask mandates, and never followed Starbucks stated mask policies despite what the advertise. She is giving Harris Teeter a bad name. I leave the store so frustrated I don't want to go back. Improve your store, Harris Teeter, make a manager change! If I could give a zero I would.

I enjoy a Starbucks coffee from time to time, I'm not a regular, but I do go when I'm in an area where there is a Starbucks. (We live in a small town that doesn't have a Starbucks.) The customer service at this particular location (lady working the morning) was horrible. I thought it might be my lack of coffee /caffeine in the morning, but even my 9 year old said to me, "Was that lady rude?" I ended up getting my 9 year old a treat, but I headed up the road to Dunkin for service with a smile. If you're in this area, I'd say take the short drive up the road and get the better service.

Quick drive thru service. Friendly staff and the order was complex but right.

Allison makes my coffee spot on, every single time.

Came in a couple days ago in the morning. I asked for sweet cream and got charged for seasonal cold foam :/ I don't mind paying 60¢ for sweet cream but $1 for something I didn't even get is ridiculous

Staff was always friendly and they made my pumpkin cream cold brew perfectly (which a lot of places don’t get right)! I was visiting from out of town and went multiple times.
