I did an online order and pulled up to the speaker to let them know I had an online order because I didnt Want to drag 3 kids into the restaurant just to pick up food. When I first Pulled up the girl wanted to be argumentative from the start saying I needed To pull around and park, wait 5 minutes then come back through? Although there were already 3 people in front of us. So I asked About just pulling on up only to be told no. Well we did because we were already past our pickup window time anyway and we ended up waiting longer in line than the 5 minutes we would have parked. As soon as we pull up she says you’re the online order? And before I could Answer she points and says in the most hateful way for me to pull up to the white line that it was no closer to being ready. Mind you we have been in line total for 20 minutes. I get running behind but the attitude was absolutely not needed. They ended up leaving half of our food out of the order. Turns out she’s the manager. The short hair blonde one so if you go by there and are picking up an online order.. good luck! I feel Bad for the people that have to work for her because you can tell she wants to micromanage every single part of her life and with the worst attitude. Good luck sis.

The food was good, but I don’t like using kiosks. I mean they’re standing right there and they won’t help you because they make you use the kiosk which I think is just wrong. They got people all over the place and they won’t even help you you got to use the kiosk not to mention the fact this place is so sterile that no wonder they don’t have any business. I mean, like I said the food is good but it’s just not worth it.

Never been an issue to get mobile orders through the drive thru, but not a big deal if they were nicer about it. It took us 30 min to get our food, even though they were NOT busy at all, while hearing the manager that worked there on 6/8 night yelling and cussing out everyone. I feel so bad for the other employees and hope they find better jobs that don’t have toxic management. I’m definitely taking my business elsewhere next time.
