Was good food. Loved the burger and fries. Service gets one deduction for, well next to no interaction. Place the ordrr on the screen and they drop off the plate of food. Not much really there. Great though.

Ok -- they started using Beef Tallow for their french fries. We were driving by and HAD to check it out.
Those fries were AWESOME.
The only thing that I did NOT like was that you had to enter your order via kiosk.
If you get a chance, get an order of Steak and Shake French Fries. It is WORTH IT!

I visited this establishment on February 28th around 9 in the evening. I placed my order at 8:58 that night and waited 45 minutes only to finally be told that something had happened and they didnāt have my order. Mind you I had already been trying to get someone to pay attention to me so I could figure out what was going on after I had already waited for 25 minutes. Everyone that was working saw me going back and forth between the pick up area and the front area to try and get someoneās attention but I was still continuously ignored! Finally I was able to get the managerās attention and was told my order was lost. She said my money would be refunded in 3 days for the amount of $55 dollars. Iāve waited a whole week for good measure and still have not received my money! I have been calling constantly since yesterday and cannot get anyone to answer the phone! This is absolutely ridiculous and I wish I could give negative stars! At this point I just want my money back for food that I never received!

Maybe it was just this location. I haven't had it in 6 years. Everything was clean and service was great ..
But it was all just bland. By the book no extra flick of the wrist.
If the recipe called for a 1" squirt of ketchup... it got it nothing more or less. (Obviously I could have gotten more ketchup but that's beside the point)
If the meat called to be on no longer than 180 seconds that was it.
No crisp No nothing Just cooked and soft almost thought it was under cooked.
But edible for sure.
Plus side, nothing was greasy..but I guess that could be a good or bad thing.
The days of fastfood enjoyment are slowing down..but then again this is just a review on a fast food joint. š
The owner and the staff at this location is absolutely amazing. If you are looking for catering for your business or just a good lunch. I highly recommend to go to this steak and shake. The care and amount of detail they gave to my catering order, was simply amazing and spoke volumes on how much they value their customers.

Hands down this is the best steak and shake you will eat at. Iāve ate them all over the country and this was the best cheeseburger, fries and shake ever served. If youāre able to eat here when the owner helping itās going to make the experience that much better because he makes it a point to give you the best meal and service youāll ever get from a steak and shake. Probably the most grateful, respectful, and humble owners Iāve ever met. This man takes pride in his restaurant and food. Thanks for the meal and showing thereās still good Steak and Shakes

They got my order wrong not once but twice just awful they donāt even know their own menu I just left didnāt even want a refund they would have messed that up and this is not the first time they messed up my ordered I gave them a 2nd chance
