Worst Subway I have ever been .. Very slow service and can’t even cut a foot long sub in half .. This will be my last time going to Subway period .. I haven’t ate at one in years and decided to swing by in a pinch and give them one more shot but it want happen again .. I just can’t believe that the corporate office can’t do something about this place and get some management in there to reboot this place ..

This is possibly the worst subway I have ever ate it. They have kids in here that seem to hate their life and purposely go slow, four people behind the counter and it took me 20 minutes to get a sub with no one in line and then it turns out that the sub is completely crisp like Styrofoam because they left it in the oven too long.

Have been coming here for years and now am seeing how bad the place has gotten. The store itself looks like it hasn't been upgraded since the late 90's. Bread is often stale and they never have all the stuff to make a sandwich you want. I've been going in for the last 2 months and everytime I go in they are out of guacamole. When I asked the sandwich artist said I should have came in a couple days earlier to get the sandwich I wanted. Won't ever go back

Had to amend my review on account of them not being able to switch meats anymore. Chicon Bacon ranch needs grilled chicken, not the rotisserie garbage. All I wanted was grilled chicken, now I won't ever be coming back to this location.

The most cleanest and well keep subway you can find. Manager Anna is very polite and kind with customers. I order at this place every time as veggie patty is only available here and my husband picks up for me every time. Thank you so much for giving such a amazing service.

Customer Service sucks ! 10:30 in the morning restroom is nasty. The bread must be a couple days old no joke. The outside shell was so hard to the bread when you took a bite it all flakes off and falls all over the place. This is a cold, cut sub and I had to put it in the microwave to be able to eat it because I was not going back through that traffic to have them make another. Also, with their attitude, I don’t want to go back there ever again. I will drive far out of my way to try a different subway.

It's the worst subway food I've ever had. The bread was stale, and because it was toasted, it just broke up like cracker crumbs. The rotisserie chicken tasted horrible like it had been saturated in water so mushy and no flavor. I've eaten subway 100s of times, and this is honestly the worst experience ever. Even the chocolate chip cookies tasted 2 days old. I only ordered 1 cookie, but I got a cookie and a half. idk if that was extra because they were old, but damn at least give me the whole cookie because half is absurd 🤣🤣🤣

There is an older woman that works at this location, of a higher management position, who talks to the customers and other workers with extreme rudeness and distain. She’s absolutely horrible and I’ve walked out of this location on 2 separate occasions already because of her terrible attitude and demeanor towards others. Fire this lady already!

I came in on 2/20/25 around 11am. There was light-skinned girl with curly hair working, as well as an African American boy with glasses. No one greeted me when I came in. I stood at the counter for at least 4 minutes while he put gloves on and then he just stared at me..didn’t ask what I wanted or anything. He made my sub, rung me up and walked away before I could even do my payment. The receipt printed out I had to get that off the printer myself. He needs some customer service training BADLY!
Will not be returning all due to the lack of hospitality.

The 2 young men working on Halloween night were extremely nice. The restaurant was clean and the food was great. We got the pepperoni dippers and a pepperoni and cheese pizza. Thank you guys for being great!

I tried calling them earlier and I was on hold for a literal minute then it went to voicemail. So I got two questions. What fast food restaurant has a damn voicemail? And why didn't they pick up the phone? It's like they don't have time to help people and make food. It's called fast food for a reason. You gotta be able to multitask

Manager on duty was very rude I asked to purchase a cup of ice the Manager tells me we can't give out ice I told her I didn't ask her to give me anything that I would pay she rings me up for a soda instead of a cup of ice which was two dollars and odd change I once again told her that's not what I ask I asked for her to call Manager she tells me she is the manager I asked to call someone over her which was Jerry she calls him just to lie about the situation tell him that I asked her to give me ice so now she lies on me as a customer this was out of line and unprofessional I will not go back to be lied on or discriminated on and not to be charged for something I didnt ask for she's older lady works the early morning shifts and is very unprofessional
